  1. If you live in the West Midlands/ Shropshire, you may or may not be interested in “An evening with Matt” at the Buttermarket in Shrewsbury Thursday 23/11 https://m.facebook.com/story.php/?story_fbid=pfbid033b3mNiQJrJuY9Zv2bgS3ucg1cEa7UebuGXoM3Rex3hiHCjHGWhsg2RQTd4K6Eo1Al&id=100064875060676
  2. This. So evident in games, the gap between attack an defence - Newcastle away for me was the best example of this happening.
  3. Totally agree. I said before, the concern for me is that the board selected the manager. If Nathan goes, it’s the same people selecting the replacement. Based on this appointment, anything’s possible.
  4. I can’t see Jones being here all season. If he is, I think you will see lot of empty seats. However, the main reason will be the toxic environment at the ground and in the media. This will force either the club or Nathan himself to leave. I remember The Dell and how bad it got with Branfoot, this seems a 100 times worse and in a far shorter period of time (virtually every fan is in agreement which you don’t often get). In general, I think the momentum of discord builds up a lot quicker than years ago, due to the rise in social media etc. Results aside, he hasn’t helped his cause with the fan base or with pundits. If he is still in charge and wolves score early, think it will be interesting to say the least.
  5. Does anyone actually think we won’t get beaten, based on both recent performances and results? I think most opposition fans will see games against us as an easy 3 points. Speaking to a couple of Wolves season ticket holders earlier today, and they are extremely confident of winning.
  6. If he’s still in charge, my prediction 1-3 defeat. Wolves have started to improve, and I’m sure they will be mid table + by the end of the season.
  7. It’s like watching a Football version of the “The Office” or a modern day remake of Mike Bassett football manager.
  8. Is anyone actually surprised? They or he need to admit they made a mistake but who’s available now and who will want to come based n our current position. Anyway, I’m sure they’ll be some people on here saying we need to give him time! I remember the days of Branfoot and this is far worse!
  9. This was obvious from day one, yet people will still be on here at the next game defending him. Absolutely pathetic.
  10. Doesn’t matter who we buy, we need a change in manager.
  11. Totally agree-I think a large percentage of it will be aimed at the board. Will the club react or will they dig their hills in with their appointment? I just can’t believe the board , honestly thought this was a progressive step up from Ralph. The fact that they did, is a concern with regards to future decisions. Not wanting to be a defeatist, but unfortunately I can’t see us stopping up this season.
  12. Live in Shropshire. I don’t go to many games now as my son plays football and my daughter also has various clubs/activities on a Saturday.
  13. One of the best players I can remember playing for Southampton. Mind you, when you go back to that team from the early 80’s!!! Always remember a shot/goal from 25/30 yards out against Stoke as it was one of my first away games.
