If we were to make a change Danny Rohl has done an amazing job at Wednesday and also we were playing very well under his coaching when he was with us. Very experienced at top level in Germany and here and with something still to prove. Not sure if Moyes is still ambitious enough now and not really very progressive in nature but hey just throwing it out there. RM might yet sort his head out and our defence which would be preferable.

Picking Rothwell kind of sums up why RM is failing along with continually putting AA at centre forward whilst taking Che and Aribo off !!!! Repeatedly! Not forgetting allowing defenders to turn their backs on shots too….

Our defenders always turn their back because A they are coached and B they are fairies and Bednerek is the worst for turning his back on shots. Yet again this is the On the Manager to stamp it out. Turn your back and you are out the team, simple!

This is the most important stat of them all. RM’s weakness is Managing games combined with poor defensive organisation. (Oh and odd personnel choices) This has been a feature of the season and hasn’t changed at all throughout his time here. RM is a coach, however it appears that he is struggling to ‘Manage’ at our level.

Sorry but as I said, a strategy based around having to score three or four every game is just not realistic or achievable. A solid defensive plan is critical to winning over a season.

Well by the same token you cannot expect to have to score three or four times every game, that is not a realistic achievable strategy.

The reason we lost this game and others we have dominated is conceding goals simple. If you don’t concede you don’t lose!

Two things stand out for me with Martin. His game management seems to be woeful, he struggles in particular with second halves often making very strange subs and almost always at 60mins plus which is not plausible game after game at the same moment. Other coaches very often out think him once our intensity starts to drop. Secondly defensively we have been weak all season. Letting teams score with virtually their only attacks of a game really is amateur. Yes we play beautiful football for 45 minutes but then Martin just loses his way and appears not to grasp the direction of the game after the first half. The concern is that his frailties have been on repeat all season… I just wonder if RM is capable of improving on his current level, I am thinking probably not… With this squad he has been consistently just behind the curve. RM really needs some experience beside him to help with critical thinking, personnel decisions and defensive priorities… It’s either that or the board have to ask RM set out how he would change his strategies because next year will be a lot harder than this for him….

Well done the club, this is a good decision. A packed home end is the way it should be and should have been from the start at St Mary’s. Love the club’s ‘can do’ attitude these days.

Martin hasn’t seen him wide yet though so had to put him out there !!! Wtf… Martin goes round and round in circles with putting players out of position AA being another prime example at CF…. We won’t even mention the Stephens ‘circle’ Odd…. Martin just doesn’t seem to able to stop himself trying to be too clever which is proving to be more and more of a heavy weight we have to overcome to win games. Apart from Bazunu and AA nobody has a clue who is playing where for any game and one thing it ain’t is ‘clever’

Yes. Fraser is better, was quiet last game but then had no left back to support him… No Stu. Ok ready for the 60 minute switch of AA to centre forward to accommodate Frazer and Edozie coming on…. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Rules is rules, AA stays on and Che has to come off…
