I now think of ABK/MS/DCC as equal - pick best 2 depending on form/fitness. No problem with JB but he is certainly back-up. Lyanco I think has a role when we need a spark - but play him in literally any position other than CB, where his sphere of chaos is just not welcome IMHO.
  2. I had completely forgotten about Mouez Hassen. But yes Puel brought him on loan from Nice, in Jan 2017 when Fraser was looking a bit shaky. Sat on the bench for the rest of the season.
  3. Montgomery played a few games in the 76-77 season, on loan from Sunderland For example this 4-1 win at Luton: https://www.11v11.com/matches/luton-town-v-southampton-23-october-1976-117639/

  5. I can't believe I somehow missed out Kelvin 🤦‍♂️ And yes Michael Stensgaard too... sorry to both of them! Tommy Forecast was on the bench quite a few times in 2008/09
  6. Hi everyone, Just for fun and for no particular reason, I put together this collage of Saints first-team keepers since 1970, approximately in reverse order of first appearance in starting XI or on the bench. Maybe see how many you can name, and post your scores (out of 44). I'll add a list of names in a week or so. (And of course let me know any mistakes/omissions!)
  7. A couple of unfamiliar names in the line-up for the U18 game v West Ham. Aston Daley Joshua Pitts
  8. BT 'tater says Redmond absent out with ankle injury
  9. Stream seems decent: http://1stream.top/soccer/MjA4MzYwNDA2
  10. What the actual **** was that!? Danny Ings being SO careful not to defend in any way.
  11. God what an annoying game. Really irritating. Looked to me like Ralph went with the extra man at the back at home because he was worried by return of Ryan and Hoj. And at times they did play like they'd only just met in the dressing room.
