I've been running ios4 for a while now under beta on a 3gs, seems to be alright, some nice features, there is multi-tasking, for instance if you double click the button, it brings a list of all currently running apps.

From Met Office website.... Outbreaks of snow are now not expected to be as heavy as previously forecast. However, a spell of sleet and snow is still expected during Tuesday evening and through Wednesday morning and there is still a risk of fresh accumulations of 10-15 cm locally. Widespread icy roads are also likely to occur. The combination of snow and ice could cause disruption to transport. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the Highways Agency for further advise on traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads.
