Not necessarily true. We had untold grief when we first got our Itchen 10 flag but advertisers were then warned there was the risk of their hoardings being covered by flags. This all happened under the previous regime and to be fair Chris Eggalstaff who was in charge of these things was adament that flags were a big part of match day atmosphere. Stewards were total arses while we were getting this sorted. Col.

As an aside. There was a guy sat behind us at a game last season who actually cried when Saints scored ( sorry can't remember which game). Turns out he was from Oz and that was the first time he had seen Saints score " in the flesh". He was only over for the weekend ( those on saintslist will know who I am refering to). They do have permission. We checked with the landlord yesterday. He asked the Police if he could open and they said as long as it's home fans only they had no problem with him opening. Doors open @ 11. Might be a good idea to check again Friday though. Col.
