Ok, we'll trade the "s" and the "space". That still leaves you with 2 unnecessary commas and a missing full-stop. ;)

"Full-stop" shouldn't be hyphenated. "Ok" should be written as OK. Small numbers should be written with letters, not given as numerals.

IIRC, OK was used in the old days when the old sailing ships came back from battle.

A board would be put on the outside of the ship so people could see how many sailors had died on that particular voyage.

So if say, for example, 8 people had been killed, or missing, 8K would be put on the board. If no-one had been killed, then 0K would be written on the board. So that would be good, as in okey, or, OK as it would look.

Wrong but a good try nevertheless.

There are so many attempted explanations for the origins of 'OK'. I think the ship one is a myth.

I was told once that someone with the initials OK in the US Army was responsible for checking the gunpowder was dry in artillery shells before they were sent to the front line in WWI to be fired. So if it was alright it was OK. And it kinda stuck from there as so many soldiers saw OK written on the shells. No idea whether that is true.
