Barney Trubble Posted 16 January, 2013 Share Posted 16 January, 2013 I am trying to access some online accounts from abroad; such as the National Lottery, but I am forbidden from accessing their website (IP address). I just want to to try and cancel my direct debit with them but I am blocked from even doing that. I have cancelled with the bank but they have re-activated it, which they apparently can unless I actually cancel the direct debit with them directly. I was told about VPN service but I don't know a great deal about it. Are they safe and secure? Are they easy to set up? Which are the best and free?
