If the HRA had been in place in the 1940's then we would not even have left the UK . Lawyers would beeven more richer than they are to day if we had sent our forces. The boys on DDay were not given Life jackets , thermals or wet suits. The ambulance chasing lawyers and the HSE would have had a field day with claims
