Samsung tv

We at looking at buying a new tv and have about £700-£900 to spend. We don't have a massive room so only looking around 40 inches. We found this one:

I have a similar one. Love it, beautiful picture quality. Would always recommend Samsung tele's.

I brought a similar looking 46" Samsung from John Lewis. Superb picture quality.

I've got a couple of Samsungs in the house. Very nice screens. Be careful on the smaller screens though, as they tend not to have an easy means of getting audio out of them. My 22inch screen doesn't even have a headphone socket, which is a pain in the arse.

Shame they don't do a 42" one. We have a 36" tv at mo and think 42" is thr max we can go without it dominating the room

We have last year's 42" model and agree with the other comments here - am very happy with it. The only niggle I have is the video playback software is not up to scratch compared to , say VLC Player. If I plug in a USB stick with a high-res film on it, the built-in software stutters and drops out, whereas the same stick on a laptop with VLC Player works fine.
