Q&A session with our Les

What best questions between us would you want Les Reed to answer?

(1) Did you watch the game recently between Liverpool and Manchester City with a big smile on your face?

(2) Have you got your hands tied regarding the Pellegrino situation because I’ve never seen a manager so out of his depth since Branfoot?

5) For many fans the Southampton Way has been about trying to play exciting attacking football and giving our youth players a chance. Given the terrible performance this year and seemingly our change of tactics that has seen us send many of our prospects out on loan, has the Southampton way changed?

(1) How on earth did you manage to wreck our Academy? It looked foolproof. Now, judging from results we have one of the worst academies in the top two divisions.

(2) Why did you replace successful managers and coaches with much worse ones?

(3) Why didn't you retire on your 65th birthday last year and let someone younger take over?

(4) Why do you think an online poll voted you "The worst manager in the history of the Premier League?"

(5) Why did the FA sack you?

I would love him to answer these.

1) Back in the summer did you Sell a substantial spread on number of goals we'd score during the season?

2) How furious were you that we'd already scored 2 by half time on Saturday?

3) Are you aware that the phrase "What goes up must come down" only relates to gravity. It is not an excuse for a crap season.

Using the current situation at the club as a context, how would you define the word 'hubris'?

During the announcement of Gao buying an 80% share in SFC the club, via Kat, stated how this would be the next chapter in our progress towards continued success and development.....how do you view the team performance since then and the current urgency to address a seemingly inevitable transition to a Championship club?

In times of significant change and uncertainty, how important is communication in ensuring you keep stakeholders 'on side'?

That will be the real tragedy if we are relegated. May be as high as half.

Does anyone know what it was in 2005? I don't think Nigel Quashie apologising would have made a lot of difference but at least it did show some caring, doubt if anyone than Oriol would bother.

For me this is the real crime - sure, it's frustrating as a fan but we watch games, this is people's livelihoods, mortgages/rents, impacts of families. All because not of injuries to key players, or being outspent in the transfer market, this is pure ineptitude from Pellegrino, Reed and Kreuger.
