1. Cup Quarter Finalists

2. Mario Lemina

3. Sims is back from injury

4. We don't concede many

5. One of the relegation places appears to already be nailed on. (I do feel for West Brom, their fans must be pulling their hair out.)

1) Alex McCarthy

2) Lemina

3) ON PAPER, a likely trip to Wembley for the FA Cup semis

4) We are not down and out like WBA

5) our away support

what a sh*t list not going to lie, apart from number 3.

Not sure you can say number 3 is 'likely'; it's certainly 'possible' but our opponents have beaten B'mouth, West Ham and Man City and have the fewest goals conceded across any of the top 4 leagues. They have beaten PL opposition 3 times out of 3 this season, we have done the same 7 times out of 31, I think. If we play to win we would have a decent chance, if we play not to lose we are IMHO unlikely to win.

Hands on new owners with deep pockets, altruistic ambitions and a 100% attendance record

A vastly experienced yet modest director of football who knows when to act when things go pear shape

A hands on Chairman who has a deep empathy with the fans with second to none, plain speaking communication skills

An inspirational captain who, sleeves rolled up, leads from the front

The club is going places

2. We are drawing lots of games and draws are as good as wins

3. We are dominating periods of matches, sometimes up to 10 minutes

4. A relegation battle is more exciting for the fans

5. There are still loads of games to go (just not quite as loads as there were a few weeks ago)

The only positive is that we have a dynamic manager who believes that the squad we have we are able to take the game to our opposition by playing a fast high intensity style of football.

1.I have an 100% away record this season.

2.Cup Quarter Final.

3.Pellegrino will be gone in 3 months.

4.I like my seats.

5.The end of season player awards dinner might be cheaper this year or at least less crowded.

Edit: Just re read this- 1. I don't mean I've been to every away game but that Saints have won every away game I've been to this season.

1) Everyone can finally see that Les Reed is a fraud

2) Enough ‘half decent’ managers unemployed who can keep us up, should we sack MP

3) Other than Lemina and Bertrand, we have no more players Liverpool will want

4) As a fan, the championship will be more enjoyable and less expensive (hopefully)

5) We’re sh!t, but we’re not Pompey

Haven't really got the hang of this sarcasm lark have you? Also what is a "fast high institutions style of football?"

1) Within a sniff of an FA Cup Semi Final.

2) Decent kit.

3) No knee jerk panicking by the club.

4) Despite struggling to score goals we have still scored more than 8 other Premiership clubs.

5) We have a support base that is 100% behind the owners, the Board and the team (now that, Batman, is sarcasm)

It

Can

Only

Get

Better

Only 3 home games till the torture stops

The manager will get sacked when we get relegated

Les Reed will have to explain to the fans why

we are in the Championship

Les Reed will hopefully retire after securing relegation

We must have a shot on target a keeper

finds hard to save (it won't be from Shane Long)

We will try to win games when we

get a new manager

We will retain the net spend trophy again

Targett is getting rave reviews at Fulham so will be perfect for us in the championship next season, When we sell Bertrand for £25m next season and don't need to buy a replacement

Reed is going well at Norwich so when we sell Lemina we will have a ready made replacement for him too

With the above 2 and 3 we are guaranteed the Net spend trophy next year too.

When we go down most of the knobhead, premier league fans we've got will disappear
