Topcat Posted 12 March, 2018 Share Posted 12 March, 2018 A good read but you overlook the effect of the new major shareholder, Gao, based on the other side of the world who seems to lack the ability to inject any cash in and that may well have impaired the Board's ability to take major decisions quickly.
