Burglar shrine

To read the quotes from his friends and family the dead bloke was a paragon of virtue, when in fact he was a crook with a long history of criminal activity, who tried to intimidate and bully a pensioner in his own home. He probably didn't deserve to die, but I have no sympathy for him at all, and the 'shrine' is just sticking 2 fingers up to people who choose to live law abiding lives and accumulate property and wealth legitimately.

Travelers do tend to say that though, in their minds they can do no wrong and seemingly couldn't give the tiniest sh*t about others outside of their community. We had problems recently with them in Crawley, last year they broke through a school gate, cutting a padlock to get in, and set up camp on the sports field. When interviewed, one of them said they'd done nothing wrong and had every right to be there.
