Yes, funny you are not allowed the plastic lids on bottles, but we are given the clappers instead which can be thrown further...

 

But they weigh very little, and are unlikely to injure anyone. Whereas someone throwing a bottle os sat coke, weighing 500g can be thrown a long way, with pace, and could probably kill someone if it hit them around their head....

One of them hit my old man on the bonce, it must have been the closed end that him square on, as he has a small cut & a lump right on the top of his noggin. Suffice to say it put a bit of a dampener on his day.

Lid or no lid surely wouldn’t make a difference though would it?
