The Cat Posted 8 October, 2018 Share Posted 8 October, 2018 A few good bits in there. The thing about building a fence around the stadium to accommodate a smoking area is nonsense. Plenty of other grounds allow it by just putting small barriers and a couple of stewards outside. Wolves is a recent example. Stopping players signing autographs before the game is also silly.
