Do you click off the privacy settings each time you log in?

As a full member it is annoying that you get the message about the cookies and then have to turn off on the privacy settings each time. It says save the settings but then reverts back once you've logged off ,it is a nonsense.

I have made a thread on the lounge about this but I suggest that if you dont want your info farmed for advertisers etc I suggest you check each time.

If you tick the remember me option where you log in you will not get the ads because you are logged straight in as soon as you click on the forum.

All i get is the small blue privacy settings banner in bottom right of screen and i ignore it

I'm no technical genius, but I'd suggest the 3 different computers is the problem!

3 computers means 3 different IP addresses, it also means you would have to log in again every time you switch between computers which would prompt the popup to appear.

I'm guessing everyone else is signed in on just one device, hence why we aren't getting the popups as the IP addresses will be remembered - and linked to the account details....

Try just using one device for a couple of days to see if this solves the problem....

Are you using the same web browser across all 3 devices? Have you changed the settings in the browser to clear cookies etc every time you close the browser down?

Internet Explorer - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/17479/windows-internet-explorer-11-change-security-privacy-settings

What want to look for is a setting that is set to clear cookies when you exit out of the browser.
