If they do find the perpetrator, they shoul simply march him/her into the departure lounge and lock the doors.

On a serious note, what a clear example to future terrorists of a low risk, high reward method for disruption.

If a terrorist needs this as an example then they will fail at the first hurdle

I have mentioned before the danger of these things. A plane coming inot land is very vulnerable to these. Should they be sold under licence only?? Imagine them being flown into crowds with chemicals or fuel etc. A ccheap way of spreading terror for little cost.

How can you just arrest the completely wrong bloke? You’d like to have more faith that old bill have skills

You would think that Sussex Police have a modicum of common sense;

Policeman knocks on somebody's front door - " Good evening sir, could you possibly account for your whereabouts on Wednesday evening ?"

"Of course, I was working in Kent".

"Can anybody verify that ?"

"My Boss".

Policeman then asks "And what about Friday ?"

"Oh, I was driving my boss's daughter around, you can check that with him as well"

"Ok, thanks. Oh, by the way, do you, perhaps own a drone ?"

"No"

"Ok sir, sorry for bothering you".

now police are saying the 'drone' could actually be theirs

This is after they arrested people for it

:lol:

Edit, it the suspected drone may have been a routine police drone used to look out for drones

Police have played a blinder here.
