We would want it to, but would have no complaints if it was ruled out. Son got a free shot on goal because our defender was on the deck, and that was because he was blatantly fouled.

Whilst Danso hasn't been all that, he was effectively 2 on 1. He marks Son, people jump on the fact he's let Ali clean through on goal, and vice versa. The bigger issue was all the nonsense tackling that allowed Lo Celso to run half the pitch. We haven't cut out their counter attacks all game.

What is the point of VAR if it isn't going to at least review that, given how long they took to look at the 'foul' on Danso by Dele Ali.
