Posters: where are they now

He’s still around but I haven’t seen him for a few years. One of the first people I met from here, back at the old Fleming Park football.

He changed it to Ludwig but eventually got banned.

Essruu I apparently flew home from either Morocco or Spain about 10 years ago, never met him though.

If it was Morocco 10 years ago then may have been me too! We went to Marrakech for a week together back then.

Of course, you're still here but you're still one of my fave posters. Had to be said. Still curious to who you are though...

Likewise. I don’t think we’ve ever met, but I know who you are, think we have a fair few mutual acquaintances

The b-anter forum was the best website ever. Properly funny, that was run by Essruu with some contributions from a great poster called Paul Allen, I wonder what happened to him? :p

Romsey Stu came back as Dave Benson-Phillips, his wangy eye story was brilliant, went to have an operation to correct it and it went gamy. I seem to remember he got on well with Dell days

My 1st ever dip into the murky pool of mongboardery was Studio54 (?) which I think predated SaintsForever and all the others. Was definitely a Lads Forum, no holds barred!!

Happy days wasting time on SaintsFun B-anter, no snowflakes around then!!

Think that was the old Saintsforver, network 54 with Keith Legg. I remember he had skate bashing page, stories about scraps with Pompey over the years, when saintsforever went more mainstream he deleted it. IT was definitely a lads site with some proper funny stuff on there. It was the move to St Marys when al the geeks came along and took over, starting to have their seating plans so they could all wave at each other during games, dinlows.

Now that does sound interesting, must have been some interesting reads

Those were the days. I remember Keith telling me off believing I was also crab lungs and many other posters.

Art once accidentally linked to hardcore gay porn on here when he meant to copy and paste something else. Hope he's alright as he was very old.

Didn't know that! He was getting on though, that's for sure, and one of the quirkier posters. Sad to note that a few have passed on, hopefully Art's OK.

That was the rumour at the time but not sure whether it was true or not. I also remember it being said that Keith's site was being subdued by by some head honchos at saints.

I believe Keith received freebee's from the club...that may be wrong, but sure that is when the resentment by some loons started

I'll never forget being told to just get behind the statue (not literally i don't think). People were genuinely saying stop criticising it it's not that bad :lol:As time has passed it actually looks even worse than it did at the time.

Really? Wow! I think the only people who thought it was ok were the sculptor and the guy at Saints who signed it off and who should have gone to Specksavers. It truly was horrendous.
