Worse than anything that Scottish “comedian” has said? Or Ricky Gervais?

Does it matter which of them might be worse ? Carr's comment was extremely offensive without needing comparison. Boyle and Gervais also say offensive things, but that doesn't dilute Carr's guilt.

What did he say?

Is a dwarf an abortion that made it?

Not a particularly funny joke in this context and I haven't seen his show so don't know how it fits with the rest of his 'act'.

Also don't think it's the most offensive joke in the world but is certainly good publicity for Warwick's charity.

Just out of interest, as I was wondering this in relation to the Boris letterbox and bank robber comments. On HIGNFY a number of years ago, in their caption competition there was a picture of Prince Charles next to a lady in a black burkah with a white top. The caption that Paul Merton came up with was "Prince Charles surprised when pint of Guinness looks at him in a funny way."

Would that be deemed offensive now?

Only if its said by a Tory...? ;)

P.s. not forgetting Polly Toynbee who called it a "sinister, airless little grille"
