This has probably been mentioned somewhere on the thread, but's quite a long thread and I don't really want to read all of it.

But I thought previously when FL clubs have come out of admin, Luton and I think Bournemouth at least, did so without the consent or what have you from the FL. Which resulted in a points deduction.

Can't P*mpey just do the same, come out of admin on whatever dodgy terms they agree with creditors and then suffer a points deduction? What do they have to do to get a proper point deduction?

As a Saints fan, I want them to suffer. Kind of want them dead. But then think that's too harsh, even for an unsentimental b*stard like me.

But as a football fan, I really do want them dead. You can't cheat like this anymore.

A message needs to be sent. Your financial cheating is punishbale by the death penalty.

Couldn't have happened to a sh*tter club. Let's hope the extinction of a minor, poorly supported team triggers a recalibration of English football.

Then no fish would have died in vain.

Here ends the lesson.

Logic would say why would Gaydamak wish give up his security, which could get him his money back, in favour of joining unsecured creditors in order to receive 20p in the £ over 4 years which may or not be forthcoming.

You didn't happen to have toast for breakfast this morning by any chance? ;)

Yep.

Strangely enough, for the first time in ages I had breakfast before heading out.

Relax gang, it's just a standard typical Middle East style negotiating tactic. We're not the only intelligent mega-beings around that had noticed a slight flaw in the financial plan of AA. The conversation would have gone "Hey Sacha, you know that money we owe you? We've sorted out the rotting fish and we'll pay you the 2.5mil in cash in installments now that we are making all this money from being back in the PL next year."

Followed by - "yeah right", slam phone down and refuse to answer it for a day or five.

Chanrai wants his money back from the parachute payments, he's just gonna have to take a hit and wait a little longer, which will leave newco with less cash and oops oh dear, I spy some loanees getting injured and being sent back to their clubs or just maybe, they really were so naive they thought they could get away with conning a con-man.

PES - stick around dude

SSN make me quite sick, with their fawning attitude to the southern cheats. Just been banging on about how strong their team looks, and is climbing the table, you think they'd be asking how, if they are so broke, how they have managed to accumilate all these 'premier' quality players..............so Boo SSN, ask the tough questions, stop making out how hard done by the cheats are!

How does the saying go? Smell the burning Martyrs. So, as predicted they have run out of cash.

Many companies survive long periods in administration as long as their expenditure is less than their income. So clearly the shoestring is frayed, Hacker Young will not accept the liabilities they have run up, and Gaydamak is the next source of cash.

In tomorrows episode of Soap, will Sasha make a counter bid, will Milan return Ewing style from the dark side.

It is all here on this thread

If Pompey had played by the rules then I would be certainly be sad to see the clubs demise. The fact is they have continually flouted the rules and cheated to success. Pompey need to be severely punished for this and that is why many are pleased. If you start a new club that climbs through the leagues

(without cheating) then I will have nothing but respect and look forward to continuing the rivalry.

Spot On!

The rumour mill in overdrive....

"have just spoken to an ex pompey physio who tells me the deal was already to be completed until, Milan signed the deal to walk from Leicester, so he could join the Chanrai group!!!! Gaydamak, having heard this, then threw his toys out, as MM still owes him dough!!!! The deal will be signed this evening!!!!"

Oh and the supposed source is now an agent,Neil Sillett.

Remember all this could have been avoided by selling a player autumn last year and paying their tax bill. Or a sale of players in January or by not recruiting so they had the 2.5m.

Where is the money from the player sales since the CVA? Does that money not belong to the creditors?

Couldn't one of the players or Peter Storrie pay the 2.5m? Of course not. They only take money out.

Oh well. Bye Bye. And thanks for all the fish.

All this poor poopey in the media is making me gag bestest fans blah blah blah no mention of constant flouting of rules and operating well above there means if the get liquidated they have no one but themselves to blame so I feel no sympathy for them.

You just know that they are going to worm there way out it might go to the wire but 1 way or another they will get away with it and that p1sses me off.

I cannot even look at the BBC sport website at the moment. Who in their right mind in the BBC thought sticking up a slideshow including a close up of John W******d's face, complete with mong expression was a good idea?

One last thing. Can all the Bandwagoneers get the f**k off our thread. Where were you c*nts over the past few weeks things had been looking up for Pompey? Nick, Rock, ESB, Rally, Dubai, Ginge, Weston, Gemmel and the regulars who stuck around week in, week out clinging to hopes of Pompey's demise I salut you (You know who you are). The rest of you are a bunch of gutless nomarks, springing up like a bunch of gloryhunting ****s at a Man Utd match, I have zero respect for you and feel your intruding on other Saints fans hard earned vitriol. ;) :D

I think it is called a democracy and those who want to view and comment are free to do so.It is not limited to an elite.

FFS how can they be taken seriously when one club representative is saying we'll be liquidated and another is saying premiership.

Last night Twitter was full of Liverpool fans etc sending beloved poorsmouth tweets telling them how sorry they were and they'll 'never walk alone'

How many times have we got to go through this facade before others wake up and see what's really happening???

Although I would ot like the last two derbies ever to have been won by the Skates, I wouldn't mind seeing the back of 'em. I am sure it won't happen though, it's just more brinkmanship. The RSPCA should really get in there to save that poor kitten with the gun at his head.

I feel much the same about Cardiff, avoiding a winding up order and then signing Bellamy, and the Owls for signing loads of players this summer when they knew full well that they were behind on their taxes.

The Kitson and Lawrence signings should not have been allowed, whilst the club was in admin. The FL should have had the power or will to tell them that by taking less money for Wilson, they were defrauding the creditors.

I hope that super Nigel and his free transfers and kids 11, see them of this PM.

How does Mandaric owe Gaydamak money, when it was Gaydamak who was the buyer, not the other way around?!

most reports now saying that they will have agreement on Monday.

Oh no, THERE's a shock piece of news

Not

Let's face it, back on about page 10 of this thread we pointed out the level of quality, integrity and professionalism of the PR machine down the road and the skill sets of the target audience (PES Mero & Mack not withstanding).

And here we are 35,000 odd posts later just having it proven to us again.

Don't worry this thread will last through the next three owners over the coming 3 seasons

Phil i disagree ,i believe we are about to face the real vomit time. MM will come back they will strengthen and go on a promotion push and get the PL riches. It is so like the last time they went up, all the other clubs in disarray and them with a good squad and money to push their way up.

When back in the PL they will then have big paydays to fund development.

You have to hold your hand up and say that AA is very good at what he does and that doing anything honest in football is a fools game. Pompey know that both the PL or FL worry more about having the fixtures played than integrity, and uses that to their advantage. it is shamful, but I suppose if it was not Pompey we would not be so interested.

We are a small pool of fans who do give a f###, the rest of football look at them as victims. it is laughable how thick and shallow the average football fan is.

Apparently, we (the public) will be "surprised" by Baloo's consortium's plans when they take over! May be they will have a p!ss pot?? I was offered cheap tickets to go to the KC today to witness their demise but as we all know they'll get out of it, yet again, I politely declined.

Could this be Gaydamac Snr revenge day. Chainrai sued him over a business deal, won about £15m which he then plows into PFC to take the toy away from Gaydamac Jnr and then puts in those who were also trying to stitch him up.

If the club is liquidated, player contracts void, no other assets and so Chainrai loses his £15m paid to him by Gaydamac Snr after the court case.

Hell hath no fury like a gun runner screwed.

Fairy Story......perhaps.......Horror Story....you bet.......Reality.......some hope!

This is about bubbles & Bullsh1t.

Chanrai will not have the wealth to get them up - heck he won't have enough to pay the wages, neither in truth will MM, BUT by pushing out the marketing BS they can make it APPEAR as though they have an established PL club that was hard done by.

In the world of Austerity that now exists, there are still huge amounts of investment funds and investors around the world with big bucks to invest and they will not be earning any income UNLESS they lend funds to people.

So a "Baloo Consortium" comes in and they have to stump up the cost of the architects plans for the Monkey Chicken Zoo, and trust me the whole game will be about "Flipping" the club. None of the investors today will want to wait around and play PL monopoly, just get in now wave some paper money around and find an Investment fund / person and double their money.

I'd be really surprised if the next ownership is the answer to The Few's prayers, simply more of the same and a line of bankrupt shaikhs (Araibic ish for businessman rather than Sheikhs)

I dont see where you say Chanrai does not have the money. The last time they went up MM threw about 5m at it, i dare say at present the same in jan would do the same.

They have won 4 in 5 and look far too strong for the majority of weak sides in that league. To me it seems a punt worth taking. The PL money is so vast now that being a memeber of the club makes even that club with no assets a propostion for an investor. So in a way i agree that it is a flip deal but a very worthwhile gamble. Of course if they lose today and the next game it will not look so good. That is why I felt they were going to try and limp on until december and then take a view.

You seem to be forgetting that the wages need to be paid right up until the end of August, even if they did get promoted. That is gonna cost a whole bunch of beans as ALL their other income is accounted for, even with the 13,000 faithful turning up every couple of months!

i understand they have costs to run the business, but what are the rewards if it comes off? Iam as bewildered as anyone to why/how they have got through but it seems they have/will.

It seems that Gaydamek is backing off and doesn't want to hold it up.One thing in this is that i know if SSN put anything on thier ticker they are guessing like the rest of us. They know about as much as we do it seems.
