I vote in the West Midlands and a certain Rupert Lowe is top of the Brexit Party list.

Jrod againts Villa
He dived. Simple as that
I was in the toilet when that happened and just got back to my seat in time to see the penalty.
We had gone with a Villa mate who drove us there and she was cursing on the journey back! I could legitimately deny seeing it but my lad couldn’t stop laughing about it!

Come on Geraint! He can smell the victory now.
-
Great news. He was superb last year.

Saints Norwich August 2015. I was in Corfu watching the game in a bar. I got talking to a Villa fan and kept describing Tadic as a ponce. He promptly scored. The Villa fan laughed and moved on. I saw him later and had to admit that the ponce had scored a second and we won three nil!
Also when skiing in Bulgaria when Tadic scored the winner at Old Trafford and me and my boy were sat with Man Utd fans when he got the Winner!
A very frustrating player but he finally stepped up to the mark in our closing games last season. I still remember the noise when he scored against Bournemouth at St Mary’s.
Good luck to him.

Not me. Missed too many games last season and my lad is in US until the end of September so it just isn’t worth doing it from a financial perspective. I’ll see what a season of picking and choosing looks like!
-
Whichever season it was that we ended up drawing 3-3 at Upton Park against the Hammers(94?). 14 year old me loved that after watching live games regularly since 87. Fond memories of attending with grandpa, dad and his mates. Saints for life, always and forever, no matter what.
I was in Lanzarote for that game and was desperately trying to find out the result. Ended up ringing my mate back home to find out if we’d stayed up. Happy days!!

Good luck to him. Seemed like a decent bloke.

Villa for me. Won’t be renewing my ST next year after 17 years as my son is abroad for long periods and we’ve missed loads of games this season. Being a West Mids resident I want the most local away games. Plus I have loads of Villa supporting mates so have a soft spot for them.

He has been superb. Great effort.

Cheers mate, I very much appreciate the support, especially given the lambasting in the match thread for it...

Just watched it! Very good. I wouldn’t pay attention to all the Uber fans. There’s always someone wanting to tell you how to support your team.

Happy birthday!

I voted Tadic. Reviled by some on here, but he produced two critical goals today. Both were excellent finishes.
McCarthy, take a bow though. Not just the show-stopper at the end but a great leg save off Ake in the first half.
And Lemina, he was so good today. Who saw that coming after his first half at Wembley last weekend?
Good point about Lemina. He was terrible in the first half last week.
-
Just too add, Hojbjerg’s tackle in injury time to earn a booking, absolutely brilliant
Reminded me of Massing’s tackle on Cannigia.
I did laugh at that! Ridiculously funny challenge!
-
Tadic for me. I am always first to criticise him but he was superb today.
-
If we play like we did today we’ll win.
-
Great win. How quiet were the Bournemouth fans? Worst visiting fans for a long time.
-
To be honest I’m more worried about the team not the fans. I don’t think many of our fans are on £50k per week and none were more pathetic today than Lemina ambling back from forward play with only minutes to go.
-
Agree with the above posts. Last year we lost in the League Cup Final but that equaliser from Gabbi and the ten minutes after will live with me for the rest of my days.
Yes that was brilliant. The atmosphere was unreal. Never forgotten!

Look , I am as sceptical and disappointed with the team as everyone else. I believe we are going to lose if not get a hammering tomorrow and am having trouble getting up for the game. But Christ, these games don't come along often....semi final of the FA Cup and at Wembley I have been supporting the Saints for over 50 years and can virtually count on the fingers of one hand the number of times we have been here. I am in my 60s now and past history suggests that I won't see many more. So let's forget about the all the ****e for a day, have a few drinks, have a few laughs, support the Saints throughout, even if we are shed loads down within 10 minutes. We are expecting to lose, so nothing to worry about. We've all got mates who aren't around anymore who would have loved to be there tomorrow. Life's too short not to enjoy these rare occasions, so come on you Saints surprise us!
Good man. Buzzing about tomorrow and thanks for articulating that. I’ll enjoy every moment with my boy who’s had a ST with me since we moved to St Mary’s. Priceless memories.

I was in the Caribbean for the last ten days with no internet access. I was full of hope for a victory and when I heard the result I was totally deflated. I do now fear the worst.
-
Not my chosen option but definitely more chance of staying up now.
-
The best thread ever!

We are only a couple of wins from the top half.
As MLG says, we should want the sides at the bottom to beat the midtable teams as then we have a better chance of overtaking them.
8th and 9th gone but 10th still achieveable.
Ha ha that has cheered me up.
