Weird request - grid of appearances and fixtures

In the back of old programs there used to be a grid with results so far in the season along the top and down the side was each player in the squad and if he started or how many minutes he played in the fixture. It also showed who scored and possibly assists too. It was a good way of tracking who was playing and the pattern of substitutes (for example I'd love to see how many back to back Casper Jander - our new Schneiderlin!  - has put together). Surely all this 'data' should be readily accessible on the internet but I can't find it. Does anyone have a good source?

If you go to transfer market.co.uk and go to Southampton and then the individual player you can get the playing time per match for each season that player has played for us.
