Sponsorship: Help a fellow fan

I am asking for people on this forum to sponsor me please?

In May I will be undertaking a charity auction of a pair of white football boots, the boots will be autographed by myself with a photograph of me wearing them on the pitch at St Mary's Stadium for authenticity. Hopefully having scored a netbusting goal with them!

There is a game being organised between members of this forum and I need to raise around £100 to play for the second 45 minutes of the game (I don't want to play in goal though).

Although I have been on the aforementioned pitch previously (to celebrate Nigel Pearson's last game), unfortunately I was wearing a pair of ASDA price mocassins. Playing football on the pitch is something that I have always wanted to do.

I will be purchasing the boots out of my own pocket despite only getting a 'cost of living' pay rise this year.

I will be donating 100% of the proceeds from the auction to a charity called 'Martha Trust'. Obviously, after deducting all my E-Bay and PayPal fees (plus a bit of petrol money). If you want to know more about this fabulous charity and the fantastic work that they do I am sure there's a site somewhere (I can't be arsed to find it for you). I can assure everyone that they will not waste your money on stupid things like animals and the environmant, they spend it on proper stuff (ie people).
