To be fair this one did make me laugh. I can remember posts saying Mane was shit for the first 2 months he was here (and he wasn't good, but less than 3 months at a new club in a new league is no time to judge). We do judge a bit quickly here.

Without going too deep, I meant more from Ralph's angle. He went from being open, friendly and liked by the players to moody, insular and disliked. The transformation was huge and that was what ultimately brought about his demise, although admittedly along with the team's form- there was an element of chicken and egg about it. (Like I said to a previous poster. I used to be Winchester Red and have contacts in the physio room. I'm absolutely not ITK, but I could tell which players don't do what the Physios say they should and who's training on their own ...and I'm using Physio's room in the widest possible sense).

That would be a surprise given the way WS was speaking about him. The suggestion was that they were impressed by him, were working on getting him to do exactly what they wanted and that was difficult with the language barrier. None of that's going to be resolved by loaning him to PNE.
