The deadline for submitting retained lists to the Premier League is today (third Saturday in May), unless a club is involved in the FA Cup, Champions League or Europa League. That doesn't mean the list needs to be made public yet. The PL will publish all retained lists on its website by the second Saturday in June. Last year we announced our list on the OS at the end of May.

 

So far we know that Harrison Davis (from his Twitter) and Steven Davis (signed by Rangers) are definitely being released. There are quite a few others out of contract (see opening post).

The way I read his tweet was that he was thanking Blackburn Rovers fans

His interview on Solent was very negative, sounded like ha accepts relegation.

Don't know if Ralph's comment about Bertrand was a translation slip but I thought I heard him say in an interview that Bertrand "denied" he was was fit to start, could simply mean that he felt he wasn't ready or Ralph thought he was and Berty didn't want to try.

You can buy a match ticket for the Manu game if you have a purchase history from 2013/4 season. Struggling to sell tickets and it will get worse, shocking home performances, club is in turmoil on a downward slope, very sad.

I think it showed that he has come from a big club, looked fitter and sharper after a pre-season with Liverpool. He certainly injected some pace and will to win in the team.

So, less than a thousand left for the game on Sunday, still lots of optimism it seems, lets hope for a good season without a struggle.
