Fook me this thread is still going?!
-
Haha, in his 'profile pictures' folder he has a picture of 'that tackle' on Vidic which earnt him his red card!
Quality profile picture and for that reason, he should stay.
-
He lives in Fareham?!
I think a loan would be better. He did look handy last time I saw him and he is young. We are slowly going back to the way it should be, where we are no longer HAVING to rely on our youth and can afford the luxury of using those who are in the first team on merit, like Llanna & Spider. For this reason, I think a loan to a L2 or L1 side would do him good and give us a better idea as to whether he can do the business or not.
However, if we could use him as some kind of swap deal for a striker like Barnard who is proven quality now, then I wouldnt be against that.

Would love us to sign Lisbie. My mate supports Colu so it would hack him off.
Lisbie, although 31, is still a good striker at this level. He has scored 10 so far this season and my friend says he doesnt always play either. Would work well as a little and large with Lambert too but I agree with Ken's comment below...
And seriously what we need is maybe someone who could cover for him if he's injured, not just complement him when he is playing.Another big lump of a striker (I appreciate Lambert is a hell of a lot more than just a big lump) would be a good option.
But to have the choice of a strike force of Lambert, Connelly, Lisbie, Saga, Pato & potentially Waigo (can be used as cover for strikers) would be immense.

According to http://www.opm.gov/EXTRA/INVESTIGATE/is-01.PDF
both countries allow dual citizenship, and he does meet UK requirements for naturalisation. So there must be some further complication beyond just the work permit issue.
Like maybe he or we changed our minds!
K.
You're not possibly suggesting it was another reason other than the work permit are you? You will get hung, drawn and quartered for that in here! :gasp:

Tac-tics went missing shortly after the start of the Swindon game I heard?

cheers you bell-end.
Anyways, isn't this Crouchie bloke i'm_no_sinner ???
So that would make him Chrouchies Lawyer then ??
Certainly not. That fat pug is his own person. My name is a derivative from the 'Im going to sue you and get the police involved' thread on b-anter from way back when. I dont even know the porker but those threads tickled me. I had a name change for other reasons and yes I was INS.
no no noINS is Crouchies lawyer yes, but he is just an attention seeking whore. He used to spam TMS etc a lot when he first joined, so people thort he was crouchie, but he isnt, u are
ASW?! Pot.Kettle.Black Stevo, but yes, I did have too much time on my hands, you ferkin loved it though.
Has Sodje signed?did i miss it?
No, we have a world classed experienced CB from Preston reserves instead.
Im actually quite happy with that though for some reason.

Watching a game live is far better than hearing it on the radio or even watching on TV - the perspective is different.
While I agree that the matchday experience and atmosphere is something you cannot get watching the game on TV, watching a game on TV has it's advantages, like for example, replays and better angles of viewing. Especially with the likes of Sky Plus now where you can pause the game and rewind etc which is why a lot of clubs scout other teams by recording their matches.
So in the respects of reviewing a game, in my opinion, TV gives you that little edge. But I am not saying for one second I prefer watching the game on TV to a live game. Give me a live game any day over TV.
-
Cant he fook off home?
-
I haven't got a problem with you not going to games because you live a long way away but you sure have a big gob for someone who doesn't go to matches - perhaps you would be better served respecting the opinions of the fans that do go and keep quiet until you get to a match yourself - then your opinion will hold a little more water.
Sorry mate but why do you think that because you pass through the turnstile your opinion counts more so than a fan sat at home watching on TV, listening to the radio or even reading up on pre-match reports.
The beautiful game is just that because we all have differing opinions and views. There is no right or wrong so to tell someone to keep quiet and respect others views is in my opinion wrong.
J has his own views which some people agree with and some others dont. Ok, like myself, he may have posted his views on a thread born out of frustration after just losing to a team we really should be beating but in essence what he is saying is right and it shows his passion. I would prefer fans with passion who care and get frustrated when their team lose than fans who politely clap at goals, roll their eyes when we concede and forget about football after leaving the ground.
You have no right to tell people to keep their opinions and views to themselves, and in all fairness, opinions and views can be put across in maybe a way they are not meant in the heat of the moment.
For what it's worth, I believe we need a minimum of one centre back to partner Perry, two centre backs being my preference. A pacey right winger who can deliver a cross and finally a pacey striker to play alongside Lambert.
My choices would be something like
CB: JPS / Exodus / Sodje / Whitbread
Winger: One of the Milwall players who kept whipping the crosses in? Dunno his name?
Attacker: Lisbie (Colu), Cureton (Norwich), Jackson (Gillingham) or Eastwood

Usain Bolt's without a club at the moment
Usain Bolt ran at a peak of 27mph recent world record 100 meter run. Asked why he didn't go above thirty, he said he was concerned that if he hit a small child there would be an 80% chance it would die.

The thing I am concerned with, is that if this is Ras & Saga playing to effectively sell themselves in the shop window, what will happen if once the transfer window closes they are still here? Other than the Hearts games, Rasiaks performances have hardly set the world alight and Saga has been less useful than my nan would have been playing in the same position. I can only see them becoming completely disillousioned and not bothered if they dont get their move away and we will be stuck with 2 pre-maradonna's on big money who wont put into the cause. Rasiak is lazy so I do not see him thinking 'Ill roll up my sleeves and get stuck in until Jan', he will just think b*****ks, I didnt get my move, b***er it, ill sit back and get paid.

Enough with the Gillet and Scholes talk and back on topic please. Now which is the best; Youporn, Redtube, tnaflix, Pornhub or Spankwire?!
-
These are both rather extreme epithets to describe Saints' supporters. The season hasn't kicked off yet and we are being divided into two different camps. Can't we just enjoy the football? I haven't done that for quite a while.
Yes you can, and thus from now on you will be referred to as 'Enjoying Ernie'. You are the new third brand of fan, and can even be the chief of the Enjoying Ernie's!

Well, I wasn't familiar with her - but I've just done a bit of "forensic research" and she's an absolute stunner, I grant you that. Mr Brute. I won't ask how you came to be familiar with her work??? Unless you'd like to share it with the group?
May I forewarn people of a bit of NSFW'age if they are tempted to do the same kind of 'research' at work as I just did!

I'm pretty sure my auto renewal was set to 'no' as I dont post much on here any more (ignoring the last 2 days) however it has auto renewed for me. I found a £5.00 deposit in my paypal account from a 'Wiltshire Saint' so Im guessing he has sorted it for me.
Cheers fella, I knew you loved me.

Stefanovic.Seriously CROCKED in one leg .... NOT a good option
And to be fair he is not as fit as Megan Fox, Cheryl Cole, Freda Payne, Amy Smart or Susan Boyle
-
While we're back on topic, I'd go for that bird off Slumdog Millionaire myself - Freda Payne, or something.
Glad we are back on topic! Bloody annoying when people start side tracking! I whole heartedly agree with your comment sir, she is a fine young filly.
May I also throw Amy Smart (Butterfly Effect) into the mix?
-
Haven't looked at this thread for a while...wish i hadn't...
Thats about 15-20 minutes you wont get back eh?

I saw on the news that some die hard fans are still laying flowers outside Neverland ranch three weeks after michael jackson's death.
What the **** are die hard fans doing there? Let the michael jackson fans grieve in peace and wait your turn. Bruce Willis has got a good few years in him yet...
