Sent by my Canadian cousin in Toronto.
Decided to watch Arsenal vs Southampton, instead. My understanding of the game remains minimal, but I'd have to say that your boys were robbed by bad officiating.
Could it be that when baseball umpires become too blind to call balls and strikes, they send them over to referee Premier League Football!

The Lino should have kept his flag up (like they do in Rugby) and get the ref to come back to him after the event....
The header was probably a foul by Cedric, but then their LB kicked out at him as they were coming down to ground... so foul play
If there was video ref (like in Rugby) then that would have been overturned !

Woy watching Bournemouth v Scousers now - time to get to St. Mary's after to watch the Saints !

1 free under 11's ticket with 2 adults in the family section. Wasn't this one free with one adult last season?
Overall prices are pretty much what I expected.
It was 1 free under 11 with 2 adults last season... however, this year's terms state
"Family Stand Season Ticket (additional Terms)
1.38 Supporters under the age of 11yrs at 31st July 2013 are entitled to 1 free Season Ticket in the Family Stand when purchased with a Full paying Adult Season Ticket in the Family Stand.
This isn't what is stated in the advertising blurb....
Last year I had to buy an U17 ticket for my 9 year old and an U11 for the 8 year old - because only 1 U11 per adult ticket was allowed...
So, might be cheaper this year !!

Crosby, Wilkins and Stannard have left aswell.
Rather worryingly, his translator?
Or Jason Dodd - and the players won't understand him !
-
What news of Crosby and Wilkins ?
If the new man doesn't speak English, then who's going to "manage" the team during the match ?
-
Anyone know anything about a match at Exeter on 25th July - ticket info isn Exeter FCC site, but I can't see anything on the OS ?
-
Did you get an explanation for this , i.e. are they going to fix it as, my 8 and 11 year old are being charged at full whack £625.Dont see the point on spending 30 mins on the phone if they are going to fix it.Also why dont they allow carparking to be renewed on-line? you have to do that over the phone, but that person cant help me with the season ticket problem.
Did this ever get answered... i'm being told by the ticket office that it's only 1 U11 (11 and under) ticket per adult, if there's more than one U11, then one of them pays the U17 rate !

In the league, we've lost 9 times - how many points from the games immediately after the defeats...
-
With our GD most teams (probably except Brum and WH) will have to get one more point than us to finish above us

Harlee Dean
Joe Curtis

But....then we wouldn't have beaten Hull last night!
and we wouldn't now be top of the league !
-
and Coventry have only scored 11 goals all season in the league !

Chris Packham from Autumnwatch thinks we will win... A new celeb fan ?

I have two friends who have season tickets in the Itchen - I would like to get one this season next to them (there are no season ticket holders there at present). My friend has asked if i can do this and the answer is no - they can renew up to 14 July and then I would have to take pot luck on getting the seat next to them.
I will try to do this but if i can't then I probably won't get a season ticket at all as i don't want to sit on my own for every match. I am prepared to pay the premium for a new ticket. This is quite a big investment for me as I live 145 miles away and will have to travel down for the games at a fair cost.
The policy seems very inflexible and is likely to result in the club being worse off. It seems a funny way to run a business let alone encourage genuine fans.
why not get one of your friends to move to the vacant seat when they renew (I'm sure they can request a different seat that's free). This would then leave 1 free seat between 2 season ticket seats and very unlikely to be sold

more abstract than that.... they all used to live in the Locks Heath area !
-
what do Nick Holmes, Kevin Bond and Glen Cockerill all have in common ?

MLT now gone missing... in yesterday's Guardian
Players go missing
Only two speakers were absent from a planned line-up including Parry and Sir Trevor Brooking at the PPF conference yesterday and they were the only two whose sole claim to fame is as former players: Matt Le Tissier and Paul Merson. The only current or former players among the delegates were people such as Gordon Taylor, Brendon Batson and Brooking, all of them administrators.
Did anyone see him at Celtic Manor instead ?

Do the individual match prices quoted already include the £3 extra ?
The "on the day" prices quoted on the OS are £2 more than the advanced purchase tickets. It's a bit of a nonsence to quote say £27 as a "on the day" price (and then add £2 as a on the day premium / penalty).
If the £3 is already included in the ticket price, then this is not so bad. (effectively the "ticket price" is reduced and there's an additional charge included) Otherwise, people who live out of the area are really being penalised.....
This needs clarification I think ....

how can we get the announcer bloke (Stewart Dennis) to announce at the Southend Game when he does the team line up
No. 7 Rickiiiieeee Lambert Southampton Goal Machine....
-
Sorry may have mis-read the original post but to clarify we got 4 extra tickets yesterday on our season ticket numbers.
Already got my season ticket seats, but on the phone they wouldn't let me use the same numbers for extra tickets...

Leeds 0 Carlisle 1

done
cheers
FWIW, my biggest problem with the system is that I can't choose specific seats.
put your cust number as user ID, then e-mail address in the appropriate place and request new password....
an automated e-mail gets sent to you quite quickly

I was born at St. Mary's .... unfortunately, the hospital down the road....

7 years old in 1976, so can't really remember - I remember lots of people at school (Park Gate Junior) were "Ipswich fans" because they won the cup a couple of years later...
My children now have the initials SFC so they can't forget !
