We are preparing for this situation to change in anticipation that showing your Covid-19 status might become a mandatory entry requirement, in response to government guidance." 

Have fond memories of the Hummel kits last time around. The "Danish" kit is beauty imo. I would like to see an Amber and Black away kit one day and perhaps a return to dark blue shorts. 

For those complaining about the blue away kit. We have a good history of blue away kits. Admiral, Patrick, Hummel and Pony all produced blue away kits for us. I love the Hummel and Keegan era blue versions myself. Personally,  I'm not a fan of the plain blue top but this "we can't/shouldn't play in blue" idea is a bit off the mark imo.

I'd like to see a return the the amber/black away combination or the blue Keegan-era away kit too. We should dig into our heritage a bit more rather than the same old obsessions.

I really like the white (with red sash) concept. I think our recent white kits have looked really smart.

I was one of those fans who advocated the introduction of video technology. I still do. Like all new "advancements", it will need to be reviewed and its use will need to evolve. It's not perfect by any means but it is levelling the playing field for smaller teams who never seemed to get the decision when playing against the giants (and I never believed the old saying that "things levelled out over the course of the season) and helping the refs who for too long were missing things due to unintentional bias or due to the pace of the game.

Was she signing programmes as she left on 85 mins?

I'd like to see a blue away version of our current home kit (oh, and I'd like to revert to navy shorts).

We are quite sure that Southampton will be relegated. Will you support another south coast team in Preimer league?

Perhaps that’s the answer.

I get the impression that part of his frustration is playing behind Redmond. Redmond often stifles play imo and restricts Bertrand from overlapping as much as he used to. Redmond also moans a lot.

I once "hopped" over the fence when they were rebuilding the Milton Rd stand at the Dell. Scored the best (imaginary) goal of my life that night! Then the dogs started barking so we legged it! No harm done. Some old grumps on here seem to have forgotten they were young once.

My club loyalties will probably cost me points (again) this year.

Have I missed something? Did Pellegrino bring his coaching team with him or not?

Can anybody post these images in a format that means I can see them? Or let me know how to make these ones visible? Whether on Tapatalk on my 'phone or on the forum on my laptop I only get these square icons with what appears to be a tree in them. Any help / advice gratefully received!

Agree 100%. So much marketing potential too! I heard that one of the main reasons this hasn't made a comeback is because of poor sales of the retro version, which is an odd reason to base a kit design on imo.

I get annoyed by the overdue of the word "great" instead of "good". "A great goal", a "great" run, a "great" pass etc... good doesn't seem good enough anymore.

No offence but any idea why the retro kit that you describe is not selling that well in the mega store?

No idea. Perhaps I'm the only one with good taste.

The Xerox or candy stripe design would sell lots and are my personal favourites. A modern twist on either of these would be great. Also, would it be too much to ask for a yellow and blue away kit?

I like it. It's s bit different and I shall be buying one for me and one each for my sons. Have my money Saints! Have it!!

Let's return to the very dark blue shorts of yesteryear. And no I won't apologise for adding this same request to every single 'new kit' thread.

Being ever the optimist, I niaively hoped for a token reduction on my Itchen Premium seat. I'll still pay but at £39.95p per match I did participate in some stern tutting and head shaking. And, there's only so much merchandise I want or need even with 10% discount.

I'd like us to look back at our history a bit more. Perhaps dark blue shorts. Although I'd also love to see the 80's Xerox or candy stripe kits make a return. There must be some logical explanation why the club don't do this as I'm sure they'd be huge sellers. Also, perhaps some vintage away kits.

It seems to me that we start quite well but also really only get going when we're a goal down or running out of time. Most of the middle of the game we want to walk the bloody ball into the net. So frustrating. It was wet today. I'm baffled why we didn't test the keeper more. I do think we actually play quite well but are missing someone who can finish those chances.
