Played really well the first half and had a few really good chances which we just didn't finish.

 

Lambert looks really awful. A bit better in the second half trying to bring people in to play but not in any sort of form.

 

Davis made two great saves at the end. the one from the free kick was good but he'd have been criticised if it had gone in. The one at the very end was a genuine fingertip save and it just pushed the ball past the post.

 

Cheers to Nigel for coming across to see the fans and the way he went to every player as he came across suggests he knows his man management skills.

Just back from the game and agree about Lambert who did look awful (and heavy) Plus points were Davis, Jaidi, Barnard and Hammond who were brilliant. Sat with the Wednesday fans who were chanting "Sack the board" ! Nice to see Lallana back and looking good

Mark Robins for me. Has done wonders with Rotherham from a situation of financial peril and points deductions in League Two. Have heard interviews with the guy, sounds very driven and committed - would welcome him here.
