Can't make the game on Sunday and have 2 tickets for block 29, row T. Were £40 each but will take £60 for the pair.
E-tickets so no pickup required. Thanks!

Pulis' teams are renowned for it....Watching the game against Everton in one of his first games away for WBA, was painful. Time wasting has become a bug bear for me. ...It has become all too prevelant in the PL in recent years and refs are doing nothing to cut it out. I remember reading about a Stoke game, when Pulis was in charge unsurprisingly, when the ball was hardly in play throughout the 90 mins. I can't remember the figure now but I remember being shocked at the lack of value for money the fans were getting.
I remember that - it was in play for about 55 minutes of the 90.

Nice touch by Baines to give his shirt to Targett and likewise Barkley giving his to Gape.
-
I'm afried he won't sign after all this.

Ha! Just confirms what I've been told for years. I don't know if he waived his 'loyalty' bonus (last update I had on Friday indicated he hadn't), but even if he had, what would that change? Still been an ego-driven disloyal tool. As I said, the club are not happy with him,and that's reflected in the coverage. Maybe a little nicer tomorrow, but only a little! Christ, even though Shaw got a bollocking for the twitter SNAFU, everybody at the club agreed it's because he's a bit dense, rather than malicious.
Oh, and if anybody is wondering why Lallana was subbed so much/declared a non-target by Poch, one reason amongst many was his refusal to play the positions and channels that he was required to, even after video highlights proved this was his most effective role in proving goals (he had 1 assist in 18 games at this time). He paid no attention at his end of season review. If you go back through my posts you will see I tried to allude to this at the time (as much as possible).
The worst thing is knowing that if he scores, he won't give a **** and will just start jacking off into the crowd.
Steve, can we suspend the swear filter on this thread please?
Any chance of giving us a few more of these reasons if you can? The guy has gone right down in my estimations.

5 years building this team and it looks like it will be taken apart in one summer. What's the ****ing point?

Prices from last year here.

Great save again Gazza

Only noticed today that they've taken out offline tournament mode and guest play in online games on next gen. Seriously, what the ****? The best part of FIFA was getting your mates round and playing a tournament with them! I guess they don't want to give people the ability to make a World Cup when they will inevitably have a Brazil 2014 game coming out.
The most annoying thing is that these features still exist on the PS3/Xbox 360 versions. I guess I was stupid to think that the PS4 version would be an upgrade, not a downgrade.

Maybe something like this:
-------------Davis----------
Chambers-Yoshi-Hooiveld-Targett
----------Cork----JWP---------
Ramirez------Davis--------Lee
--------------Guly-------------
With a couple of big names and kids on the bench.

@NabilHassan79: Fair play to Zingarevich for fronting up to the media at Adkins' presser unlike Nicola Cortese who bottled it at Pochettino's. #readingfc
How does he know that Cortese "bottled it" rather than decided against attending so that the focus would be on the new man rather than what happened with Adkins?
Exactly. Would he have shown up if it was on the same day as him sacking McDermott?

Yo momma's so fat that when she fell down the stairs I thought Eastenders was ending.

Deep down in southern England by the docks and the quays
Way down in a suburb known as St. Mary’s
There stood a stadium made of metal and brick
Where played a Barbadian named Jonno Quick
Who never ever learned to pass or cross so well
But he could score a great goal just like ringing a bell
Go go
Go Jonno go go
Go Jonno go go
Go Jonno go go go
Jonno Quick
That is just too ****ing perfect.

Still struggling with Return of the King. Wanted to get through the Trilogy and read The Hobbit in preparation for the film.
But Tolkien's books are so hard going that target is looking a bit forlorn...
The Hobbit is much easier going if you do manage to finish ROTK. If you then fancy a real challenge afterwards try The Silmarillion.

----------Gazza---------
Clyne--Fonte--Yoshi--Fox
------Cork----Morgan----
Mayuka--Ramirez--Lallana
---------Lambert--------
IMO.
-
Boruc
Clyne
Fonte
Yosh
Fox
Morgan
Cork
Davis
Ramirez
Lallana
Lambert
This. Those three in the middle would surely patch up our leaky defence at least a bit. And then we have the option of moving Ramirez central and bringing on Mayuka or Puncheon when we need to go more attacking.
-
Seen all of those in the last two days of playing (since the patch). I don't think I have handballs on either - my defender was jogging a good couple of feet behind the attacker who had the ball.
I'm not finding it easy either. I agree that the AI is tough, but it's tough in ways that just frustrate me - i.e. it cheats. Fouls on my player clean through on goal being given against me, the computer reading everything I try and do to defend against it and waltzing past me, the way it enters God mode at 45 and 85 minutes if it is losing and argh!
-
A few of the interesting "features" I've come across:
- Players faces being missing
- Linesmen running on the pitch
- Penalties being given against me for absolutely nothing (replay shows my defending jogging along minding his own business)
- Invisible ball
Don't get me started on the AI and the momentum feature.

Bookmark http://www.firstrowsports.eu. Every Premier League game turns up on there and usually with decent quality and English commentary.

Perhaps a bit of added bite in midfield would be good to battle with Nolan, Diame and Noble?
--------Gazza--------
Clyne-Fonte-Yoshi-Fox
----Davis--Morgan----
-------Chaplow-------
Mayuka--------Lallana
-------Lambert-------
Was torn on Puncheon. He had a good first half vs Fulham but a pretty woeful second half. Mayuka's pace could be useful on the break after clearing some of the many set pieces we will be facing.

Villa and West Brom both wore white shorts on Sunday.

Well you'll have to do better that "I think" to trump a link written at the time with the information I mentioned reported on it. The OS will probably have eradicated it from history as well...
Thanks for posting the video to prove I was right.

The other pen miss in the JPT was Papa Waigo : http://www1.skysports.com/football/live/match/128905/report
No it wasn't. It was Lloyd James I think.
