This one is going round in the agent sort it out and stop being a greedy **** circle. Other clubs aren't going to pay what we offered because of the agent, Celtic wont accept any other offer because of the agent (when our offer is good enough), the player will eventually move because he will bypass/sort out the agent, if he doesn't he'll sack the agent either way because it's just not reasonable for his career.

If more clubs behaved like us and Celtic agents wouldn't have this sort of power or money.

Oddly there's another article out this morning with his agent stating Celtic turned down a "very good offer" from QPR last season (I assume at Christmas).

Either way this is hilarious the agent thinks he can get the millions of quid throwing the story about in the paper like this, starting to look more and more foolish.

Nope the Lotus mess was 2 seasons ago, the team currently called Lotus that potentially were involved with us are having massive funding difficulties and were apparently being sold back to Renault last winter (but fell through) so they are trying to develop their current (and pretty good racing winning car) with about a quarter of the money coming in of some of the big teams. I assume the being on football shirts idea was a good one in theory to get the brand out there (probably as a good idea in the middle of last season) but fell apart on review of Lotus F1's current financial situation over the last few months.

Contracts in F1 are worth even less than player contracts in football amusingly....

Woops, the point I meant to stick in there is that now the car manufacturer Lotus is still just a devision of Proton and is owned by the same malaysian airline group that Tony Fernandez owns, so they wouldn't be involved in sponsoring us anyway, would assume if they needed the exposure it would have been through QPR.

Well that's pretty funny, educated guess is everyone else is pointing out to Celtic to sort out that agent by offering the same money minus the agent fee from the bid when we will give Celtic the money and the agent needs a shafting from the player instead.

Thing with WBA, is they won't have Lukaku or Fortune this season. They caused us plenty of problems. I'm more confident with them not being there, I do rate them as a very handy side though.

That's the best bit really, doubt they can find someone of Lukaku's quality again like that which will change their game plan a fair bit.

Really happy with that, best of all Cardiff away on boxing day is the one day I wanted that fixture, no public transport means I have no incentive at all to go... (saving money at a key time).
