  1. I don't really know, just every time I see JWP, he just looks out of his depth, he's getting better so I'm sure in not too long he'll be a guaranteed starter

He's only starting due to the lack of Cork and Schniderlin, he'll get better with game time, best way for him to get the confidence up. Sticking an average Chaplow in his place probably will do more harm than good in my view.

  2. I want this... I rate Chaplow over JWP and if Fox starts, we're going to lose. I also think Richardson had a good game v Everton

Why do you rate Chaplow over JWP?? JWP is good on the ball, can pass it and move about the pitch in decent ways. Chaplow is just short and bald with poor positioning and an average touch. Don't really see why Chaplow would get a start on Sunday if JWP is fit

  3. Disappointing, we've shown over and over why 4-4-2 is just not suited for modern football. Shame we have so many slight knocks and injuries as that has hampered us no end with Morg and Cork unable to bolster the midfield.

At very least Adkins has gotten the hang of who really isnt making the step up by not playing Fox and Gaston should be key for us, just hope the rest of the squad can pull together.

  4. I'm not allowed to play the game anymore as I once threw a PC out the window after losing to my brother many many years ago.

I have a wicked temper when it comes to Speedball 2, Counterstrike & FIFA.

Speedball 2 is a quality game! Used to play it for ours against my next door neighbour, was always too close between us...

  5. I assume he's just bedding into the team and having to fight Punch for a place who, despite being so hit and miss, has staked a decent claim to the RM position.

Looked very good against Villa, only a matter of time before someone puts him though for a one on one with a keeper who is going to look silly against him (well worse than Guzan last week(

  6. Site seems to be working much better now. Never been to Upton Park so that's another one chalked off the list. What's the best tube station to get off at or do try close it ala Holloway Rd for Arsenal (still can't fathom why they do that)?

Back in February we went via East Ham just up the road, couple of pubs on the way to the ground that were away "friendly" and got a seat on the district line back into the good parts of London. Upton Park tube station had the same problem Arsenal station did of just monster queues after the game.

Holloway road shuts on match day because it's only got 3 lifts down to the track along with a really tight set of stairs to get down. One person slips and there's a crush getting onto the tube that breaks the Underground for the afternoon. Just safer for everyone (and simpler for emergency services/rest of London) if everyone takes it slowly through Arsenal station.

  7. TBF Im all for giving it a bash next year but I would rather concentrate on the league this year

Oh yeah League has to be a priority but if 15th is the sort of area we are going to end up a decent cup run and the off chance of Europe would be a nice bonus

In answer to your question he charged £20 for Everton game - and Everton took 5,000 fans...we'll be lucky to take 500!

    See you there?

Good news, Bates is apparently going to sell Leeds today! Might get a reasonable ticket price...
