    Older more experienced players teach younger ones. They've been through what they're going through. Not that hard to understand for most people IMO.

    He's still without a club but hasn't announced his retirement. Surely worth signing on a short term deal for the last few months of the season with the issues with we have at left back currently. I'm very concerned that KWP will get injured and Bree or Meghoma at the same time. Leaves us really short and weak in the full back position. Also would be a good role model for the youngsters.

    Thank f**k he realised Holgate would never make it here early on barely played then sent back at the earliest opportunity. Red card for Sheffield united for an awful challenge in the first ten minutes! 😬

    Imagine the scenes if Us, Leeds, Blackburn or Coventry get to the final and play off final. Didn't really think that through did they.

    Doing very well with a poor squad now. I don't think he was the complete brains behind ralph but I do think ralph needed him for the parts of management he wasn't so good at. Putting an arm around the players and a few other things. Just reading between the lines, not stating as fact.

    Aside from almost total mediocrity, there are these obvious highlights:

    > October 2019 - 0-9 against Leicester (record PL / home defeat);

    > February 2021: 9-0 against Manchester United (record PL defeat, AGAIN);

    > March 2022: 0-6 at home against Chelsea.

    More recently, we've had to endure this absolute shite:

    > Losing in the FA Cup to League 2 Grimsby (at home);

    > Losing in the League Cup to League 2 Gillingham;

    > Haven't won by more than a single goal, in any competition, since March 2022;

    > Just two wins at home in the league in the last 12 months;

    > Not a single clean sheet in any competition since March;

    > Nathan Fucking Jones;

    > Ruben Smegging Selles;

    > Russell Bloody Martin (promotion campaign fucked up in just four games).

    I can barely think of any notable highlights:

    > 1-0 win against Manchester City in 2020;

    > Top of the league for about 12 hours in 2020;

    > 3-2 win against Tottenham in 2022;

    > JWP free kicks.

    As per the title, we're a bloody laughing stock.

    Feel free to add items to the above lists! 😄

    Just seen a twitter handle putting him in their team of the month for August. Had no idea he's gone to Watford! Our strikers and Midfielders will be licking their lips when we play them.

    Based on him keeping us up for multiple seasons with hardly any investment into the team and the fact Everton were worse over the season than us when Ralph was manager.

    Summer Transfer Window 2023

    If we sold Adams and bought 2 in I'd be happy.

    Also hoping Ballard will break through and contribute this season.

    Surprised we haven't got many Centre Mid links. Would have thought we will get at least 1 in, maybe 2?
