    i think he's probably a decent coach, but i think managers have to command respect from the players, and don't think he has that about him, i think hes alot like Mcclaren, has a deep knowledge of football but not alot of power over his players.............sound familiar?

    a draw with Utd, not a terrible result, think some people here think we have only achieved if we are unbeaten all season!! i dont even think we need to strengthen to much in the close season, this season we have had alot of injury issues, to key players, if they had all remained fit, we would be giving Roko the big middle finger, we need to "keep you know who" and have a little faith!! lol

    double post i know!!, but forgot to say, that Poch and Roko, were obviously using us a launch pad to a better team, not getting that vibe with CP, just as players can improve do can mangers, and he's hardly been awfull!

    Yes lets change everything again, and go for another season where the manager is settling in......CP is in no way perfect, but he has done ok, give him the players he wants and another season. if anyone here honestly thinks we should be pushing for CL places, it won't happen if we change managers every year.

    is this a case of Tadic, heading for the exit and seeing if any other clubs show an interest?, i hope not, but surely he can't get away with saying things like that and not expect disciplinary action....

    dont think it will to long before we are back at wembley, well played lads!......worried about FF though, not long ago was being touted as englands number 1, not sure what happened, maybe a time off field wouldn't be bad for him, get his head together and come back stronger, he has looked like a beast before!

    i think alot depends on where martin is at. as some one already said "i hope we have pulled a rabbit out of the hat" i really hope thats the case, and hopefully we have not pulled "a cabbage out of the patch!" i wish him well and have faith in Saints, how many times have people written us off, only for us to come back laughing in their faces!     he's a pro footballer, looking for a club to play at, so i think he would of kept himself fit!!, match sharpness would be the question for me, not fitness. i think he knows why we wanted him, and he knows he can have another medal, in one game! (or does he need to of played a certain amount of the cup games to qualify for one)

    weird move, i think this shows there are bigger problems at our club....a move to a "bigger" club would make sense, think him and Puel fell out or something......i wish him well, shame it ended like this, but still reserves respect for his service.

    If, as we are being lead to believe, Puel is here for the long term, then is this season not just about him seeing what we have, and what he needs for the coming seasons, at least he is playing the kids. its not pretty, but would love to see a manager that has come here to really work on a project, staying up is the priority, i would give him a couple of seasons. we arent one of the big six and constantly changing the gaffer is stupid. give him time....
