The thing is you're getting angry about facts, the fact is the away fans can't hear the northam, it doesn't matter how loud it is it's completely silent from the other end, and like it or not away fans judge clubs on their home fans, and ours sound shit now to away fans. I'm not against the Northam, it's needed, and it's their for a purpose of it's own. But we also need other cultures and pockets, the same way at the dell we had the archers and milton, but needed under the east or the west stand benches. They're different cultures in the same ground.

That's what we lost when we got rid of the Itchen North, it was different to the Northam. Hopefully the chapel block takes off and the club don't kill it, because it's decent and it's needed. And it's decent because it's not the Northam.

This is completely fair and a completely valid point, it's not one i'm arguing against and it's one from a different place. And if the Northam provides that that's a good thing

Im sure the Northam couldnt hear the Pompey fans either especially when they are singing. A hundred or so fans sitting next to the away fans isnt going to drown them out either.

We all know that the ground can really rock but it does need the team to give the fans something to shout/cheer about. I suggst the players are kicking themselves about how poor they were and if the game was replayed their performance would be so different
