Bad weekend for Saints.

Down to 10 men, last night, after a sending off and lost in the dying moments when one of our defenders mistimed a header in the box which fell invitingly at the feet of one of the Blackburn forwards.
Harry Gathercole (another Dom Ballard in the making?) scored a decent equaliser for Saints but as has been the case for as long as I can remember, Saints youngsters seem to be small compared to their opponents.

I watched the game last night,  it was very disappointing, some technically gifted players but we were bullied physically by Blackburn who deserved the win.

Shame to go out of the Cup so early as u18s (and u21s) have had a decent season in the league so far
