First time poster here so please be kind!

Just in the process of moving house and I've unearthed around 50-100 old matchday programmes, mostly from the late 90s/early 00s. I don't want to keep them but I'm loathe to just get rid of them as I'm sure there will be a collector out there somewhere.

Any ideas of how best to unite these with someone who would really want them?

There used to be a programme shop close to St Mary's but I think it is shut now. You could try these sites Football Programmes, Buy Sell, Old Football Programmes Southampton Programmes For Sale - Official Southampton Football Programes

I don't know if they actually work or not. Having a vast collection of Saints programmes myself - every home one since 1966 - I have reached the sad conclusion that unlike most memorabilia, my collection is worth only a fraction of what it cost to put together. Check in case you have something special or rare, but generally, and despite what people price them at on ebay, modern programmes are close to worthless. You could also try In off the far post which is quite close to Dean Court In Off The Far Post | eBay UK Stores
