  1. What's also slightly worrying is the fact the ticket office claim they do not know why there is no plan. They didn't know when the season tickets were going on sell either.

Now, not being funny, but tickets are their thing. How on earth can they not know what's going on?

  2. I'm sorry but 28% not renewing smacks of typical forum over reaction.

Once the dust has settled people will renew, just like they always do.

No repayment plan? Get a 0% credit card.

Spent the money you saved? Get some self control.

Moaning because the price has gone up? Don't keep asking for new signings.

Still good value for a Saturday afternoon in my opinion and in line with other clubs (once you take out some of those 'oop North / in competitive areas).

I'll be renewing but I won £12m on the Lotto on Saturday, so cashflow isn't an issue ;)

Not being funny but people's priority's change. Money isn't an issue for me, but I can only make 15/23 games anyway due to work. It will be even less then that this year due to a change of role. I got a season ticket last year due to the fantastic price, but see no point in paying extra this year when i'm going to see even less games. I guess i'll have to wait and see what the Membership is going to be like....

  3. I dont understand this match day ticket thing; As i understand it, if you buy your tickets before match day, tickets are £22 (wing), but if you phone up to book as the majority will, you pay a £3 booking fee. ie. the ticket is £25. However, if you rock up on the day, the ticket prices are £24.

Wouldn't they want to get advance numbers rather than match day walk ups to help with steward and police planning? This pricing system means that those buying tickets for each match they attend, are more likely to buy on game day.

    Have I understood that incorrectly?

Nope, your right. So they club have bought out a scheme, designed to cut queues on match day. But they have totally got it wrong. I mean, it's quite laughable.

  4. Well, it was a good game. We were poor first half, but got it together second half and played the better of the football. 5-2 is a bit harsh but that's football for you.

Highlight of the night was seeing nickh told to 'shut it' and go to the stands by the ref, who, like all of us, had heard enough of his voice.

Some good goals scored as well, the Home teams first was pretty special, along with the away teams first. I am still at the ground looking for my left knee.
