I’m not sure that he is. There is no date on the article on the University of Derby website but from the references he makes to players breaking through into the first team (Dibling etc), I think it might have been written in 2024/25. So at that point he was in his third year at University and working for Aston Villa, having worked for Saints academy in the previous year.
His LinkedIn profile stated that he was working with the Saints 1st team from July 2025. So it is possible that he has graduated and come back to Southampton.
