Fucking ballbags.
-
Holy shit, 3-0
-
Ryan Fraser has been really impactful since coming on
-
Well finished from Adams too. Nice little touch and then absolutely rifled it with his left
-
I mean, surely there's no chance (given he is a Cardiff fan) but his old assistant at Saints, Alan Sheehan, is currently the Swansea caretaker and the Swans' DoF is Paul Watson, who was the head of operations at Luton Town when old mate Jonesy was there...
-
Lyanco... Caleta-Car... Orsic... Djenepo...
-
Lots of noise now that he’s going to be named as the new Rotherham boss, perhaps as early as Monday/Tuesday. Was in the stands watching them this weekend.
-
Yeah, he did the double and then did the double again. Only Swansea manager to have won every game against Cardiff (of those who managed more than one or two derbies) They chanted at him a bit, early on today, I’m sure I heard some ‘Russell Martin, you know what you are’
-
20 games in as Saints boss now and he’s won 11 of them, drawing four and losing five. That’s a 55% win ratio, for those who like those things.
-
Ross Stewart and Kamaldeen Sulemana both out for the rest of 2023. Both with hamstring injuries. Fuck sake.
-
Well, it’s an opportunity missed but we’ve got away with one this weekend. 1pt closer to Ipswich, and no ground lost to Leeds
-
Two points from Rotherham and Huddersfield is very disappointing, at least we played well for the vast majority of the Rotherham game - can't say the same today. Awful second half. At least Leeds didn't fare any better against Rotherham, but now we're hoping that West Brom can get something off Ipswich in the evening game.

Edozie is an infuriating player to watch
-
Time for another late winner, then
-
First half passes Huddersfield : 74 (75% completed) Southampton: 467 (94% completed)
-
Adam Armstrong now on 10 goals in 17 games in the Championship
-
Lovely goal, great finish from Arma
-
Taking it to them now!
-
Very calm and sensible defending from Saints there... can't quite believe I am saying that
-
Amen. Transfer windows have overtaken the actual games for a sizeable chunk of modern football fans.

Mark Hughes in 2018: Oriol Romeu asking to play U21 football and JWP so out of the picture that he could've ended up signing for Watford

I don't think we have a match thread yet... ...let's kick it off with this
-
To be fair, a lot of people at the time found Nigel Adkins pretty condescending, patronising and very much all sunshine and rainbows - and I say that as someone who did, and does, really like Adkins.
