If?

If a player is on loan at a club, really likes it, really doesn’t want to return to parent club, can the club force the return against the player’s will, thereby risking a season of sulks à la ABK?

This…prime example was when we had a corner I think it was, they broke and THB, who was up in an attacking position near their pen spot, didn’t even bother to jog back, let alone bust a gut to stop their attack, just basically watched it all unfold as he strolled back down the pitch. Just one of a few yesterday I fear, how many times did we attack only for there to be a lone ball carrier with nowhere to put it but back. Is it still a Russballsup hangover?

I really don't know why there's any debate on this. He is not a good goalkeeper... end of.

As we speak teams in the lower half of the championship and L1 are quaking in their boots knowing that in the near future SFC will be sniffing around their managers and players..

I don’t know. I might wait and be a glory hunter, get a half season if they’re doing well. I’m not overly bothered about a wet Tues evening in December watching us, 11th, vs Stoke, 13th, or something tbh, especially if some form of var is introduced. I’ve watched Saints for 65 odd years now and can honestly say that this season has put me off a bit. Whether it’s just me getting too old or what I don’t know but I’m not too sure I’m that bothered anymore.

Which would've been absolutely pointless, in both senses of the word, judging by experience of him in the prem this season. He admits once again that he won't change, so how does he expect to do a good job in the PL. Not good enough by a country mile.
