I'm not sure how much of an improvement we're getting on quality with all these ins and outs (although I hope at least some). BUT, we've had a shit defeatist attitude for several seasons and a shit system drilled into the players by RM. The more players with that scar tissue we can ship out and replace with new ones the better.

£10m is crazy low, I'd be well pissed off if we were selling him for that.

You do all know £50m was a negotiating position don't you? Like the £100m for Dibling thing. If you expect to get press quoted figures you're going live very disappointed. But still expect closer to £40m than £30m

TBH I'd happily have taken Ings on a free and paid him £500 per minute completed plus £20,000 per goal. I expect he has a good idea how many minutes he's going to play though... and it ain't many.

I find it strange they allowed us to fanfare this signing just days before our big game with them. Usually with these marque transfers they'd be embargoed until afterwards so as to not upset the fans of the club the players leaving... Confused

What makes you so certain we're not getting Ings? Just because Sheffield United signed him today doesn't mean Saints won't offer them £5million tomorrow.

After about 30minutes we started to play the ball ahead of the man instead of behind him. Amazing what a difference that can make. I even saw some fast one touch football later on. RM has got a lot to answer for.

It is difficult signing players, which is why 95% of all clubs fans are bitching about their transfer windows so far. But SR have f*cked up royally so far. 4 days to put that right.
