I'm back from living in Italy (don't tell ******) and looking for work.

 

If anybody hears of any teaching opportunities - English as a Foreign or Second Language and Italian - let me know, even a few hours one-to-one coaching in a business environment. I can also do translation Italian >> English. I might send Osvaldo my card but you lot are probably a more realistic bet. I've a background of 25 years in industry in business/systems analysis in case you all think I might be too academically based, and as a freelance abroad learnt to be very flexible and responsive to my customers.

Pathetic, with a repeat of the past few gaes. Lallana in the role of the headless chicken and it was tilol he was replaced my Puncheon anything changed.

 

Did anyone see the pre-match tunnel scenes. Sunderland lined up and smart and on parade. NoT a sign of Saints. Finally 90 seconds later, Lallana appears, as if he was looking for the toilet. 30 seconds later the remaining players slouch in, in a hap hazard manner. Looked a rabble, taking the lead from their pathetic Captain.

 

Never seen a Saints team so pathetic. Never felt so much hate for a Saints player as I do for Lallana since he was APPOINTED CAPTAIN. This calls for a Jimmy Case type character to knock them back into shape.

Did you pay on a credit card because if you did and cannot get anywhere with the garage you can claim it back from them. You can claim they have failed and quote the sale of goods act or keep I skating they spend time and and labour repairing the original job and insist they supply you with a courtesy car.

This should get you a refund but not necessarily a resolution to the problem.

I would send the letter to the MD of the garage and copy Volvo UK.

A word to the wise, Matt; we all love you in Southampton and nothing can ever take anything away from what you did for the Saints but as a football pundit, it would be better if you moved on. Like any other fan, you are entitled to your opinions, as are we all, but the problem for you is that your profile will always mean that anything you say in a public space will get more publicity than it should and can even damage your reputation. Might be best just to settle down, enjoy Saints' results if they go the right way and watch to see if the new regime can achieve things equal to or better than the Lawrie Mac era and beyond the performances in your time, when so often the team relied too heavily on you.

There are several media outlets/fans that will hang on every negative word MLT uses concerning NC. The Echo is a prime example and judging by the readers comments to their story today, it appears most would prefer MLT to just let go of this public argument and move on.
