In fairness going on a stag do. Glad tickets were bought back in january though as prices have gone up by £100 for flights around the same time.

 

Shame i didnt get my EEKs then as now you only get 16 to the £.

Last year it was 20EEK/£, really simple. In a normal bar a pint is 20 EEK; ie a pound. Still, £1.20 aint bad. Buying ****tails for the tarts is just the same price as beer too. Vodka is like water over there.

1. I have reported your post because I don't believe that it is acceptable for one member of a forum to taunt another and disrespect the memory of his father (as Baj has done in his first point)

 

2. Fishfingers is one word. In the past it has been spelt as one word and the only reason it has changed is so the words can be spread over the packaging. This does not constitute a change in the word, but a change in the way it it presented.

 

3. I value different cultures and peoples. I value the way they pronounce words. I believe that if other countries call fishfingers "fishfingers" then that is relevant to me and my world values. Whether those people are Australian, Kiwis ir Belgians. I don't think you should bring your prejudices onto this board.

 

4. There are many dictionaires that do use the singular word "fishfinger" and in the past OED has done so.

Have you tried FISH_________ FINGERS with lentil and chorizo soup?

A whole bulb dude, but to your taste.

Oh BTW this soup looks ****ing horrible for the 1st 10 minutes but after you cook it through for 20+, it all comes together.

Lentil & Chorizo soup.

Bag of lentils

1 Chrizo,

2 onions

1 Garlic

2 beef stock

Chili powder

1 tube of tomato pure

Soak lentils for half an hour. Fry chopped onions an chorizo together for 5 minutes.

Add lentils and water to taste.

Add stock cubes, garlic, chilli powder and squirt in whole tube of tomato puree.

Cook for 20-30 minutes.

Sometimes good to gave fishfingers on the side.

Sony have paid for timed exclusive in europe for this game now so only the PS3 and PC versions will be available on 1st day. All the other versions will come out "later in the year". But it does not effect America so can just import from there if you not got a PS3

God, are people still using consoles ? I don't think I've played a game in months, and I've got 4 or 5 still in the shrinkwrap (including Xmas 2007's Skate and Bioshock, FFS !!!).

Thats a good point and probably worth a Fred of its own. My excuse is it keeps me out of the pub hance saving me £££'s every month.
