  1. The one thing you guys have to do (and I don't mean you & Mero) is just remove the arrogant swagger and replace it with the understanding of why you got in such a mess and why as real football fans SOME of you deserve to have your day out.

Maybe the Court Hearing will be that moment when the guilty parties finally get their comeuppance, but I still worry that your idiot "Leadership" will try and BS their way through it.

They are just crooks, I doubt that the best interests of the football club come high on their agenda.

  2. Not a chance.

It really is going to end in serious tears.

Why would it end in tears? I fully expect a great day out at Wemberlee, a likely defeat at the hands of a much better team and a last hurrah before returning to the football league, club weakened but intact. Nothing to cry about there. :)

  3. OK prediction time.

PFC go back to court but admit Chainrai is not a secure creditor because he loaned the money to Falcondrome.

Court ask if funds will still be available to continue administration but the Administrator admits he has no idea and without, PFC cannot continue to trade. They are wound up.

Alternatively the Administrator confirms that the PL have agreed to release parachute payments which garantees the club can continue to May. Court allow the Administrator to continue.

PL impose the 9 points penalty. That means almost certain relegation at the end of the season.

End of the season arrives. Loanee's go back to their clubs. Certain players out of contract leave and other high earners are put up for sale.

New owners are found..the SA syndicate who purchace the remains of the club for £20m and that money is used to pay off creditors. HMRC are an unsecure creditor and have at least 25% interest. They refuse to agree CVA. New owners pay off the remainder of the football creditors and then appraoch FA for return of "golden share" which is granted subject to 15 point penalty.

So PFC start a new season in the Championship with -15, no parachute payment to rely on and owners who have used most of their investment capital already so do not have major funds to release but will rely on "championship players" and a few young Premier loanee's. (Why would they bother to purchase in the first place!!)

Every chance that PFC will fail to avoid a second relegation.

This is not a dream or a hope. This is a real posibility

Good, I'd take that now, you paint a positive picture! :)

  4. See if your boss will give you the next ten year's wages. After all, they are yours, you just haven't received them yet.

Watch out for airport and local Japanese taxes also. i don't think it's easy to avoid paying them.

    Oh! :D

lol, very good ESB, I see what you did there! Do you think we'd get away with it though? Even though your not going to Japan ESB, why don't you start a thread about it and maybe 20,000 other people who aren't going can pass comment on it? :D

  5. Ah, so. Me and the wife are going there next year on some free flights we got from Virgin. Just started looking at other costs, hotels, transport etc. Any tips you could give us?

To be honest, I've never been their yet. I'll be able to let you know more when I get back, any nuggets of info I pick up i'll pass on to you on my return. :)

  6. So no "gardening leave" for PES !!

lol, no gardening leave for me Tame. I do however reserve the right to duck out for a few days when it can, at times, resemble a sharks feeding frenzy on here. No chance of any sensible debate when you guys get the smell of blood in your nostrils! :)

  7. F**k me, we really are jealous (envious?) after today aren't we!

Don't blame the skate c**ts for gloating though really, we'd be the same...

Scott, I can only think that many posters on here live miles away from the frontline! The complete failure to take the gentlest jibes on the chin suggests to me were I a Saint, I wouldn't want to be in the trenches with them. :D

  8. PES, has your administrator managed to dig out any evidence that your administration is legit yet? Genuine question.

I've no Idea aint, you know more than me. I come on here to find out whats going on with Pompey, so hopefully Dubai Phil can shed some light on events. :)

  9. You have shown your true colours with your pathetic gloating tonight and all because you got to a semi final by keeping players despite trading insolvently. The club you support makes me sick.

WTF are you talking about Hypo? I'm a Pompey fan, one who for whatever perverse reason sticks around on a rivals message board taking in oodles of bile from rivals, thats fine, I accept it, but your showing a stunning lack of stiff upper lip on the one day in the best part of a month that 'appears' to of gone Pompey's way. I support Pompey, in what footballing world would I not of been happy today? And besides, After the lilly-livered way you failed to take yesterday on the chin, I'm seriously questioning why I'm taking the time to even reply your lack of insight and childish reaction you displayed last night. OMG I 'Showed your true colours!' .......sheeeeshhhh! :(

  10.

Can I also add that in my eyes you are worse than Corp Ho. At least he comes on here and acts like a c*nt up front. You try and dress up your views and opinions but deep down you are a filthy skate b*stard like the rest of them and from time to time it spills out. You and your grotty pathetic excuse for a club will either be gone soon or below us once more and will thus be rendered insignificant again. Only a fool would bet on you being anywhere until you build a new ground to support halfway decent football. I am embarrassed on your behalf about some of the things you have written on here today but then I'm not surprised from a skate. You disgust me.

Been on the Sauce Hypo? Make no mistake, I am 100% Pompey, I don't 'dress up' my views as anything? I think you are confusing good manners and politeness on a rivals message board as something else? I can have a sensible debate and a laugh, with many on here, clearly your not one of them. You dont disgust me, I pity you. :(

  11. Having been so venemous on here the last week or so, Its very Quiet on here tonight innit? Sure you'll all be back with the next set of 'revelations'. Bunch of ambulance chasers and grief peepers! Don't worry, I'm sure you'll have the last laugh? ;)

  12. Try to enjoy it whilst you can. You will be down for a very very long time and it's how it should be.

Who Knows Hypo, not sure I agree, but thanks, I am enjoying it! Feeling much affection for our merry band of mercenaries. :D

  13. I would say it's still 50/50 as to wether you'll even have a club to support in 10 days time so I wouldn't go buying your Wembley ticket just yet.

I wont be going anyway. I'm in Tokyo. :( Actually I'm not that gutted, been their 3 times in 3 seasons, so musn't be greedy. The parents in law will have my tickets. :)

  14. Notice that the Blue Few turn up on here after a win....27 years in our shadow and when your big chance to put us in the shadow with your 7 or so years in the Prem, what have you got to show for it?

Sorry, but your being a big baby Channon, It's the same Pompey on here as always. You cant Level that at Me, Mero, Corp or PFC123. We've taken yours and others **** on here for months, mostly in good grace, be man enough to take your medicine for one f****** day at least. Tomorrow will undoubtably see more negative revelations in the press about the running of our club and will put wind back in your sails. Just be big enough to swallow one measly day that goes our way and don't talk s*** about our little PFC crew who brave it on your board through thick and mostly thin. :) x

  15. What a prescient thought. Shame that you apply it to us and miss the delicious irony that it is entirely possible that should you progress any further in the Cup, developments elsewhere might mean that you cannot continue because you have been liquidated.

If I were you, I would be a bit more circumspect about sneering in our direction. We have a great stadium, great training ground, super-wealthy owner and are heading upwards.

You on the other hand are a club on the edge of oblivion, in a crappy stadium that you might not even own, no training ground of your own, massively in debt, probably having illegally traded while insolvent and facing the almost inevitable relegation, loss of half your players, points deductions and a fall down the divisions.

Still, I admire your ability to bluff your feelings to give the impression that you have anything to be happy about.

I think you have lots to look forward too Wes, You ARE a club on the up, though obviously not this year. Forgive me for taking a MAJOR positive for my club which has endured a pretty rough time of it. But I can assure you I AM pretty happy at the moment, as should you be. Wemberleee! :)

  16. Looks like Corp Ho has taken over PES's membership to this forum.

What happened to the old PES that claimed that he wouldn't come on here to gloat??? The guy who seemed to be quite reasonable for a Pompey fan. Perhaps the strain of WUO 's , court cases and administrators has taken its toll in more ways than one on the nerves of the blue phew???

TBF, I am at my most reactionary at the moment, I think thats understandable, your all big boys. I never directly gloated at the recent game we played as I recognise thats a raw open wound, however I'm not made of wood and if you don't mind, I'll make hay whilst the sun is shining! As someone who will stick around when it all goes tits up and when you do in all probability have the last laugh, I hope you'd forgive me a little enjoyment this weekend? :)

  17. See what all this 'hating' does for you guys that indulge in it? It all blows up in your faces eventually, you only end up hurting yourselves, It does no good I tell you! I wish you all the best for your trip to Wembely I was devestated the wheels finally fell off your Season today. Still the eyes of the world will be on you for the JPT so lets all have great days out at Wemberleeee! As a veteren of 4 trips to see my team in the past 3 seasons I'm telling you, your gonna love it! Happy days!!!

  18. They keep on about the Skates support and how magnificent it is. But for crissakes, we are only talking about them filling a 20,000 capacity stadium for a last eight match in the FA. And I must say that listening to the support on the telly, it seemed rather muted to me. Perhaps the commentator ought to visit them on a league match, when the stadium would be nowhere near full. We've had bigger attendances than them for matches in the third division, so our support is actually far better than theirs, if the blind and dumb commentator were to look 20 miles along the M27.

Not saying either way, but the 'media' dont seem to rate you guys or your support?

  19. Birmingham have rolled over for those inbreds out of sympathy. Now once again those inbred fans will tarnish the cup and Wembley stadium with their presents. I am not happy. Its not a good start for the score lines today :(

I hope not, we're in admin dontcha know? Nothing spare for such niceties.

  20. Fantastic News! In all fairness, I want this to be a 'fresh' start for pompey and for better or worse I want Chainrai's involvement investigated and the administrator checked over.IMO best we could of hoped for.:)

  21. A couple of seasons ago, Wolves fans at Molineux, were singing we're going to beat them 7-6 to the tune of the whole world in his hands. Plus, they were backing Mick McCarthy to the absolute hilt. At that precise moment, they were losing 6-0 to Saints. That's what I call proper support, yet nobody talks about Wolves fans and great support in the same sentence. Brilliant support from Pompey is a bit of an urban myth. the core support may be impressive and loud, largely due to the high pitch that Play Up Pompey is sung out, but otherwise it seems nothing to write home about.

You know, It's funny 'cos I almost sited Wolves fans as 'great' but then just like pompey they're not really are they? However they do share alot of common traits with pompey fans, many of the same traits that are less attractive, but one a shared sence of defiance (Sometimes boardering on blind ignorance) in the face of adversity.
