I shut everything else down and it certainly helped. Just loaded Firefox back up to post this, and I'm shutting it down again!

 

Any program that may access the net for anything else might just slow it down that little bit more, so close messenger, email client, browser, anything you can, and see how it goes.

I'm not even getting a picture either, just a black screen with a message saying "please wait whilst buffering'

I emailed David Luker about this the other week, he said they are looking at updating the online ticket site so that you can purchase your own seat for cup games - obviously not implemented this yet though judging by this thread!

Fair play to them & also the people of Hartlepool, a very friendly bunch judging by all the locals we met in a few pubs last night.

was also told by a steward that we had near on 900 there the 600 figure must be tickets sold in advance

first we tried out a place called the calderon (think that was the name) and then went to a spoons - both decent pubs with plenty of friendly locals. In the first 1 my mate was getting the beers in & a local came up to him & gave him his loyalty card to get discount on the pints, then in the spoons we got talking to a couple who had overheard us lot talking about my birthday which is today & they then insisted on keep buying me drinks!!

Well done to all of us who made the trip last night, our support was excellent.

After Trottman's performance today, not convinced by him so perhaps need to look at getting another CB in, preferably one with pace to compliment Jaidi's strength.

He's been ill, was ill last match but played.

As above, had flu last weekend according to Pards & only just recovered towards the back end of this week.

I think after the recent run us as fans have got a bit carried away with thinking we are going to make the play offs. That thought has to stop for now, we just need to concentrate on getting back on a good run & getting out of the relegation zone.

Talk of being in a relegation scrap is b*llocks as much as expecting a play off place is. For my mnoey I think we'll end up mid table this season & then be top next.

If we are to make the play offs we need to go on a run of about 8 or 9 wins in a row starting from Tuesday.
