If anyone is having issues with NBC if you go to http://www.xbmcandkodi.com they have a fix for the problem. Check that NBC works before match time on the golf channel.

Thanks...tried the nbc sports add odd without dns server and it doesn't work, presumably that's right and it will work with the dns.

 

Good news 're the chromecast, will give it a go.

Guaranteed that is one of the ways I use, if you find kodi is the way to go would recommend setting up via a Raspberry Pi, best £50.00 I ever spent.

Try a free trial of dns server for a month and watch via NBC sports live addon today in good quality. Do not think you can chromecast.

Another alternative is to put the sportsdevil addon on and the game will be on there somewhere.

You can download a PVR software I believe if you have a hard drive to download the programs too.

Got to admit at the rate I am finding HD streams to watch football I am seriously considering giving up skysports

They do serve beer and nosh at the local pub and with absolutely no buffering whatsoever. Having used dozens of so-called "brilliant" live streaming sites to watch Saints in recent years, it is usually a waste of time and a real test of patience as buffering ruins pretty much every webcast including I might add the BT Sport games for which we pay a subscription so it's not just the freebies. Don't even bother now. High speed BB seems to make little difference. OK we live in the sticks and not the centre of town but from what I hear it isn't much different there.

The pre installed NOOBS card has OpenElec and Raspbmc both installed and find out which is best for you. My tip is go into the settings and over clock the pi as it should help your streaming. If you do get buffering you can reduce the quality of the stream in your settings I saw on YouTube last night. If you are getting one without doubt put Genisis on the best package for non football stuff I have found and AAA live TV to find live TV streams especially sports. I bought a little £8.00 wifi keyboard off of eBay to control the pi as my tv remote did not work and it makes like easier when you want to do searches or put on new addons.
