There is a fair few clips on YouTube (some made by Liverpool fans, lol). Very skillful, hasn't got blistering pace but can beat players with ease and has an awesome left foot.

Promotion is a rubbish argument (if Deano and Billy arent good enough for us in the PL, they arent going to be good enough for Brighton and Forest respectively either).

 

Not sure the other arguments cut it either, since other demands will be made on that money.

Well, for me they both have risks attached, but Billy was already here and (for me) deserved the chance to prove himself at this level after his contribution to the promotion campaign.

If we had signed these established defenders and left the attack as it is, you wouldnt have complained about lack of quality transfers in that area?

This proves to me the club is being managed properly. If we go down then no doubt Billy will return to get us back. Forest have got a good deal but all is not lost for us.

He seemed like a good lad and his goals helped get us here. He'll always be a good championship striker though and his all round game isn't good enough for the prem. He probably knows and accepts this.
