I don't mind using 3 subs as long as he doesn't take off the two most effective players yesterday. Adam and Morgan were the only two trying to play the ball on the ground, very disappointed with his subs yesterday and the whole team pperformance.

There are two names that have always been options, club yet to make their mind up if to pursue one and re-attempt another. If the one player, that is English and loves a bit of Rosie does re-ignite, it'll be on our terms not his current club.

There is 3 of us going from Basingstoke and booked our train tickets last week and managed to get returns to B'ham new Street including tram tickets for £31 each, which is not bad.

We all did 8 away games last season so hopefully they will use common sense and use last years history as priority

Lets hope that the points sytem they introduced last season will be used for tickets, if not as you say what was the point, hopefully this year you will be able to see what points you have accumulated

My Mum has Alzheimers, it is such a terrible disease, football must bring some respite to your Dad. I became a good friend of Austin's, if I remember rightly he was on holiday in Spain and felt ill, when he returned he went for tests only to discover he had lung cancer and as Ziggy mentioned he never smoked in his life, was extremely fit, he died within a few weeks of being diagnosed, such a tragedy, he was a really nice lad.

Agree with Brian O'Neil, Terry Hurlock, Mark Dennis and what about Joe Jordan his looks alone (especially with his teeth out) were thuggish. Someone could cleverely put together a team of thugs 1 - 11.

Any of you old fogies remember a player with the surname Lamb think first name Keith or Kevin may have played at LB or midfield for Saints.

Steve Mills IMO one of the greatest young talents to have played for Southampton, I am sure if Steve had lived he would have gone on to have been a legend for the club, a fullback who could play both right and left side and the best thing ever to come out of Portsmouth. The person I know shared a season ticket last season with a relative of his. Unfortunately due to financial reasons and a new family he is unable to participate this season. In fact the relative attended more games, I am not sure of the exact ratio of games and on occasion when both could and wanted to attend i.e. (I think there was only one occasion) then a further ticket was purchased which they split the cost of. As Bucks points out if there is an interested party they could then come to some agreement about the games, I know my friend is not particular about attending the high profile games only.

As it says above, friend who currently has a ST in the Northam block 42 row K looking to share as he can't make midweek or Sunday games due to work commitments, think he said he missed 7 games last season. Saturday games to be split equally.

Prices of match tickets not being released until after the fixtures in mid-June.

Out of interest does anyone know what percentage of the Northam stand is made up of ST holders.

Mine was £575 (I think) last season in the Northam so not too bad a rise to £604 happy with that.

Anyone know what time today the prices are going to be released.
